While the monastery is beautiful and peaceful, the women are restricted because of wearing shorts whereas the men are allowed wearing shorts. This is discrimination

A beautiful Buddhist temple at the foothills of Dalai hills. Went to the hills first and then to this temple. A peaceful place to enjoy. Prayer bells are all around to welcome.
A must visit place in mussoorie.

Beautiful place at the foot of Dalai Hills. A vibrant little monastry/ temple where the locals offer prayers. Has a very tranquil environment. one can get a look into the lives of the Tibetan community that it belongs to. Moneys around the areas looked menacing though !

It's a small monastery, located a little away from Mussoorie. If visiting nearby areas, a trip to the monastery can be made.

There is nothing special about the monastery. You can include it in the circuit if you are planning to visit the Company garden. That way you can save some money. But otherwise it does not make sense to come all the way here from Mussoorie.

Beautiful. Quite. Scenic. Tibetian. Buddhist. Momos. This is how I can describe this place.
We had a pleasant time there. Guess what, it's also called the happy valley.

Visiting this temple is a must from the hustle bustle of tourists. The serenity of the temple fills you with calm. Breathtaking views of the valley makes it a place to spend time here.
