myself and my wife toured uttarakhand recently. we had selected Divine uttarakhand tours and travels and were assured of great service by Rahul.on the 4th day of our trip, we went for Cherek Hill View Point. our driver- Jaspal, was very rash and car got some minor scratches because of dried bushes on the way.At the View point, driver called rahul and put the blame on us!! Rahul was very nasty to us and to the resort owner-shivakumar and started blasting. He even asked the driver to leave us there and return. We were stuck in a remote place without transport and it was getting dark. We begged them to send the vehicle to pick us up. Imagine, getting stranded in an unknown place- because the car got some scratches!!As a client, am I responsible for this?
Later we had to beg other tour operators to continue our journey- by paying extra bucks.
Rahul was paid 25K, but he refused to refund any money. Beware this can happen to you also. They are not professionals.

We really enjoyed a Nainital trip a lot with the Divine Uttarakhand tour and travels, Driver was a good experience and polite, as the driver is the person who was mostly with the traveler throughout the trip. The taxi and hotel were perfectly clean and hygienic. They suggest us 2-3 more beautiful places near Nainital to site seeing and were absolutely fantastic i really enjoyed this journey, my kid's Lil bit struggled due to the car driving in the hill area, but the driver support us well, he manage all things properly. Thank You Divine Uttarakhand Tours and Travels for this beautiful memory. And Thank You Rahul Sir for your guidance to select the proper plan. I must say before you final your plan and tour package must take suggestions from Rahul Sir, He is well-experienced guide you the best for your trip or vacation.

Children did art activity at Dunsvirk organized by Divine group. It was too engrossing n two teachers Radhika and Jyoti teached sincerely. It was very awesome experience. My kids did glass and emboss painting and folding card

Off season but great fun to explore Mussoorie with Rahul Kamar.
Two temples and the Old Lending Library.
Christ Church and it’s Cheddar tree were wonderful
.
UK independence monument and amid the tourist junk some interesting shopping for authentic UK and Indian crafts.
Rahuls English and knowledge were a very high level.
Recommend him without question.

We booked Auli tour package with Divine Uttarakhand. The organiser Rahul was friendly and organised hotel stay at Joshimath and Auli and it was a great choice. Both the hotels, Tattva and Blue Poppy were excellent in terms of view, service, comfort and amenities. The food quality at Tattva needs a little improvement.
He had arranged a car for us from Dehradun and the driver was aweful. He was very slow in his driving and preferred to stop almost every hour. Inspite of repeated polite requests he did not change a bit. We had no option but to continue our journey with him. On return, we were late and had to halt at Srinagar. We had to take a flight next day agternoon from Dehradun and so requested him and Rahul that we leave from Srinagar at 5 am. Inspite of this ; both of them -Rahul and the driver did not bother to confirm the travel. Next day the driver was not found. We waited till 6 am and then left on our own else we would have missed the flight. Rahul who was in touch with us last 2 days did not receive our call nor did he respond to the text. This is most irresponsible behaviour; as he knew we were all females travelling, and had to find a commute early in the morning on our own.
This is most unprofessional and rude and I highly discourage travellers to book tour package from Divine Uttarakhand.
He was in no mood to listen to our discomfort with the driver and rudely alleged that we were getting into a fight with the driver. Rahul has no patience to listen to the client and make any effort to reduce their pain and agony.

We thank you that you wrote your review about Divine Uttarakhand, But Getting Confused that why on Top you are writting everything good above Me (Rahul kumar) & Suddenly on the bottom you start giving bad Review. It can be Possible that our driver might b bit slow while driving on Hill. But please explain who will drive with 70-80km/hr on Hill Road from Rishikesh to Joshimath when Char Dham Road Construction work is Going on. I only told drive to driver slowly so that you reach Joshimath Safely & without getting any problem.
Things went Wrong on Guest Side:
1. Mrs Aparna was talking with driver so Rudely from Rishikesh , like driver was her servant.
2. Mrs Aparna asking driver to give cab key to her & she will drive fast in hills, Which guest do like this.
3. Insist of Going to Auli she went to Vishnu Priyag & Tapovan without asking the company. The cab with her was only for Joshimath & Auli. Still we did't say anything.
4. We upgraded her room in Blue Poppy Auli from Super Deluxe Hut to Family Suite, Still we did't charge anything to Ms Aparna.
5. To Reach Dehradun i asked Guest to start early from Auli around 7-8am but Mrs Aparna was handling the tour on its own, She start from Auli at 1 pm. So it was not possible to reach Dehradun Same day.
6. On the way guest start fighting with driver & not letting him to driver well, After checkin in Srinagar Hotel & asked them why did you fight with driver, Ms Aparna is saying to me that don't give me your Lecture. So i told her that mam our cab was with you for only for 03 days, So our service is over you can handel your tour itself.

We have booked a chopta trip from Divine tour really satisfied with the trip. Rahul provided us really excellent rooms with nice view comunication was excellent driver was ausom. Highly recommended to all travelers traveling to Uttarakhand.

A lovely walk through the forest listening to the birds as we made our ascent to where the George Everest house is being restored. Breathtaking views of the mountains and the valley. The guide was very knowledgeable and created a custom sightseeing experience for me. Very nice, well-spoken and sincere. I would use this service again
