A beautiful walk n view point esp if approached from the wishing well as compared to Haathi Paon.
To get here drive up the Tea shop from where the road to clouds end goes up, there is another slim and somewhat one broken road to the wishing well that is motorable but also an easy 15 min walk. Once u reach the well, the road is surprisingly well maintained.
Infact the initial part of the road from the wishing well to the George point is one of the more scenic walks in all of Mussoorie.
Take your time, discover the blossoming rhododendron trees and meander on the grassy trails that lead to George point.
If you want to see the snow capped peaks getting there before it gets too sunny or hot helps, else they get hidden by clouds.
From George point you can either go to the mountain up ahead or as I did, walk back to the wishing well and then onto Clouds end & trek to the Jwala Temple on the other side of the valley. Which btw is the best treks you will do in this areas..... Easy, absolutely smashing and not to be missed if ur reasonable fit and up for a 2.15 hour brisk walk.

I was in Mussorie couple of weeks ago and did 3 treks with Trail hikers, solo with an expert from their team. Went to Benog, Bhadraj and George Everest peaks on 3 different days and had a memorable experience. Well organised and planned trek and plan to do with trail hikers Raman’s team again soon. Also walked around Landour and Lal tibba which was amazing.

We loved the Heritage walk with Dhirender. It was a couple of hours walk around Landour area. Dhirender had lot of stories to share and was fun to just go around the area. Very well organized.

We did kolti village trek with trail hiker. Though our guide manish was good but trail hiker is very unprofessional group, they charged us Rs 2200 per person for a day trip for a group of 6 we came to know later that for which all other companies were charging Rs 1500 - 1600. They were suppose to provide us lunch at kolti village but no arrangements were made after doing 3.5 hour trek we had to wait for 2 hour and they did not even pay single paise to villager for food. We paid to our host out of courtesy.
