Just ask at the gate if you can walk around. They'll say yes and then go in and be charmed by the gardens, the classroom buildings, the stables, and the very polite students - the creme de la creme of Lucknow's youth are enrolled here.

This is a school/college where I would like kids to study. The feeling in the air is of 'overall development' of the child rather than just ' text book'. The playgrounds, the buildings (some very old) are a treat to see. Really liked the place.

One of the interesting places to visit in Lucknow. Its a boy's school and dates back a couple of hundred years almost. Its imposing and steeped in rich history.

The history of Claude Martin who built Constantia and then in his will donated it for a school is very interesting. Do not miss to visit his tomb in the basement and learn that he operated on himself but with a bad result!
