Ada conceptualized the art of chikankari on a different, albeit traditional platform. Ada brought together the finest artisans who were otherwise getting drawn to other professions, to craft breathtaking chikankari designs on finest fabrics, which became a delightful appreciation for the cognoscente. Vision: Ada took their customer’s chikankari experience to newer heights by transforming its retail outlet to a sprawling showroom decorated in a real-time Lucknawi ambiance, complementing their large collection of chikankari designer wear. Ada opened its windows to the world through an online store not only to diversify into myriad cultures but also to educate people about this art 'Chikankari' which is only manufactured in Lucknow and not replicated worldwide. Purchasing clothes online is always a risky game especially if it’s in different city and you’ve never seen it anywhere. But here in Ada the experience was different, the online collections of clothes were good and the quality of clothes what I have received is really good. The online support is also good. The delivery of clothes was done real quick which I appreciate a lot. Thank you guys

Shopping online at Ada is a wonderful experience. We get to enjoy the luxury of shopping in Lucknow from our living room. The suits are fabulous, with a wonderful combination of incredible designs and beautiful colour combinations on superior quality fabric. The staff is very warm and helpful.

I ordered 5 products online from their website on July4, and received the consignment on July 11 . The parcel looked great well packed and when opened it has 2 package of Ada in cellophane wrap. When opened I found a black marks on one of the white palazzo, and rest of the stuff was good. I was shocked to see the this piece is defective and contacted the Ada Studio via their whatsapp chat . Showed them all the pictures but they keep in insisting me that it has been tempered In customs .
But how that matter to me - I have ordered so much stuff online and it never happened. You deal with customs, it’s not my fault. It doesn’t looked that the parcel was tempered as the cello bag was so thin and putting back the 3 products back in that thin bag it very difficult. All products was creased well and didn’t looked like someone has opened .
Now it’s been 10 days and I didn’t get any response from them . A very poor customer service. When contacted lately they said they have forwarded my case to senior and they are reviewing. When asked the number and name of senior so I can talk , no response.
For me it’s a trust In their company when customer order and get defective stuff.

Firstly, the garments bear no relation to the sizing on their website. I placed a large order online and had to return every single item as the Kurtis weren’t the size advertised. Their customer service team is incompetent and they have no idea how to do e-commerce in the 21st century. My order was returned via DHL and it has been sitting in a warehouse for over three weeks because the customer service team don’t read their emails or respond to DHL and refuse to contact them to resolve the issue.
Numerous emails have gone unanswered. These guys are clowns. Just take your money elsewhere.

I guess all are aware regarding the premium & exquisite product quality of ADA , but another feather to the cap was the ease of online purchase . WhatsApp support staff was extremely courteous n prompt in their responses, Infact online purchase was much easier n comfortable as compared to other online shopping platforms.
The product received was a perfect match to the pic uploaded on the catalog

I ordered 2 sets - one to Dubai and one to the UK, both deliveries were prompt and in the time specified. I was hesitant about the material before it came as usually Lucknow chikan tends to be very flimsy cloth , but this was very good cotton, I have washed it and still good as new. Sizes were as they said and as expected . Customer service when I contacted them was very good too. Definitely will buy again!!!

Great experience shopping with ADA. Great quality of products and excellent service. I have ordered many items before as well. This time I ordered georgette saree with full work. When it arrived, it was more beautiful than picture with intrisic designs and a piece of fine craftsmanship. I also requested for blouse stitching , which was done as per my requirements. I ordered one cotton kurta as well, which is again very nice and soft. The customer service at ADA is great, they were always there to help me with my numerous queries. I am totally happy with my purchase and will surely buy again here.

Ada Chikan is having vide variety of chikankari stuff in many beautiful colours. The striking thing about them is that their products are unique and classy. When in Lucknow do visit and I am sure you will just end up splurging as one cannot resist their amazing stuff. Also they provide excellent online services too so if not in Lucknow still you can have all their products at your fingertips. I am a big and forever fan!

The cloth quality and craftsmanship are very nice.
The size chart is wrong mentioned. I usually take 40 bust size. After checking the same in the given size chart, I selected M which turn out to be a much tighter option.
So I looked for an exchange, and this service is very much poor. They are asking me to send the product on my own and if I go for the return instead of exchange, they have informed me that the money will go to "ADA wallet" not my original source.
Disappointed with the online and logistics service.

V bad experience. Firstly their site is not trust worthy to make online payment and secondly they take ages to refund your money back. Multiple followups result in excuses and more excuses to get back your own money !! Still awaiting my refund.
