Nadeem has to be the best tour guide in Agra. Not only did he give us the ultimate history lesson of every single inch of the Taj - and I mean literally down to the , he prepped us for everything else that goes on there - the people, the extra photographers, and what is allowed and not allowed on the property. His 14 years of experience was in full display. A lot of tour guides speed through their segments. Strolling you through the attractions with no real conversation, just a regurgitation of their talking points. Not Nadeem. He took us on a stroll through this magnificent and heavenly property like you were talking a walk in the park with a close friend that you haven’t seen in a while, lost in conversation, laughter, and wonder of what’s coming next. His demeanor and the way he carried himself was as if we were with a part owner of the property haha! And he knew EVERY SINGLE photo op. He had the best angles and we have not only great memories but great Kodak moments(showing my age with that one). Finally to close the tour he took us to the shop of the actual descendants of the marble architects that stay and continue their families work in Agra. There was no way I was leaving Agra without a piece of history and true artistry.
I could really keep going, but you just need to fly to Agra already and book with him so you experience what I’m talking about. Not only will you enjoy his time, you’ll get to see something so alluring, so captivating, you’ll question why you did not come sooner. There aren’t enough words to fully paint what is truly a wonder of this world. Cheers!
