After seeing Taj Mahal, I didn't find this place as a must see. You can skip it as there is not much to offer

This is a gorgeous place located just close to a river bank. The architecture style is classic mughal and it is mostly unharmed from damages. It is better to visit in the evening when the temperature is lower and you can spent more time and relax a bit.

This was a beautiful place to see. Right on the river with a great view to just sit and enjoy. The tomb is smaller than you'd expect but still beautiful. There is no crowd whatsoever so take your time and enjoy the peace and quiet. You must remove your shoes so bring socks or hotel slippers to wear as the... More

This small but beautiful tomb is well worth a visit. Half an hour is all that's needed. The marble work is so intricate and detailed, it's hard to believe. Set in a square garden, the symmetry and mathematical design is astounding.

We came to Agra to visit Taj Mahal but our driver advised to visit this monument as it was on way it's a small monumenr with taste and will certainly recommend to future travellers to certainly visit this monument.

Mumtaz Mahal's (the wife of Emperor Shah Jahan) Grand father named Itimad-ud-Daulah. Yamuna River criss-crossed by water courses and walkways it is situated. It is also called Baby Taj wich is best for Sun Set observing. Worthy & Must Visit

For many people this is THE treasure in Agra. Fewer tourists make the effort and yet it pre dates the Taj. My advice is to try and get to this for sunset.

We could have spent many hours here. The marble and carvings were overwhelmingly beautiful. We spent time studying the different carvings surrounding the tomb. We had a great time and stopped on route to Agra. My husband felt this tomb to be more impressive than the Taj.
