Wow what a fantastic place! I have just spent a week at the elephantcenter together with my husbond, and it has been such an unforgettible experience. The staff and the elephants make this place so filled with love, respect and wisdom, and it is completely impossible not to feel happy there. I have my deepest respect for the way the... More

Visiting Wildlife SOS Bear and Elephant sanctuary was my main motivation for coming to India, and it didn't disappoint. Myself and my friend visited on our own and were met by Abi, who took us around the centre and explained all of the vital work that they do. It was very informative and we got to ask questions, feed to... More

Well worth the trip out of agra to bathe and feed elephants. But ask them to arrange a car, as its a bit tricky to find. I was so lucky to get to bathe the elephants as the were not in mating season, and we got to feed them too. Do not wear your favourite clothes as they will probably... More

I took my kids (10 and 13) here for a half day to volunteer with the elephants. What a wonderful experience. We walked with the elephants, fed them, and watched them get some medical care. We were very impressed with the care the elephants got while they were there and wished they could help all the elephants! We fell in... More

Booking your time slot is highly recommended as security is quite strict before entry! I wasn't expecting much prior to my visit but as the day progressed, the elephants and those who work there have made a long-lasting impression on me. Abi, our guide on the day (so sorry if I spelt his name wrong!) was absolutely fantastic. He answered... More

I visited wildlife SOS elephant rescue centre along with my family this weekend via coming back from agra to delhi & was overwhelmed to see the passion & dedication of the team towards these elephants who have faced unfortunate atrocities at the hands of other human beings. There are adult & baby elephants at the centre & have been rescued... More

I had been following Wildlife SOS for several years and finally decided to buy a plane ticket to India -I wanted to find out if Wildlife SOS is truly as amazing as it appears to be through Facebook. I can now say beyond any doubt that Wildlife SOS exceeded my expectations. I cannot say enough about Wildlife SOS, the animals... More

I did a weekend trip to Agar and took a 40 minute detour to the SOS Elephant rescue centre mid morning and spend half a day there- wish it was longer. What an amazing experience and something I will treasure for life. The staff were fantastic and it was privileged to be able to spend time with these amazing animals,... More

I felt good meeting Pratima, Lakhi, Coconut, Peanut....n other beautiful elephants rescued by your team. You are doing an amazing job.. Just one suggestion... I feel the elephants need a large area for the place they live & also there is need of extending the area where the elephants go for walk..

This was a great initiative and in a place where people may not be as educated about this cruelty. They do need to work in marketing the spot as an attraction/education. They didn't push for a monetary ask. It was more about the education.
