The hotel has a viewing point for the Taj Mahal on the 5th floor but the air quality was so bad when we were there you could not see it, I imagine on a clear sunny day it is amazing Our room was spacious, lovely comfortable bed and pillows, large bathroom with good shower We had room service one night and this could not be faulted Very friendly hotel with two golden retriever dogs, popular for coach tours In the evening a puppetier was available All staff were very friendly although we did have an issue with the wi fi which eventall got resolved

I as a tour guide try to create unforgettable moments for my guests. I was there with a tourist group from germany. We went to the taj view point at the other bank of yamuna river behind Taj Mahal. My guests were overwhelmed with the view during sunset. They could have beautiful panoramic view of Taj Mahal and that too without any other people between them and Taj Mahal.

The beauty of viewing Taj Mahal from a distance is unparalleled. The shining marble monument stands tall beside the Yamuna river and offers one of the most picturesque view ever.

A good alternative

The View Point is a good alternative for those who want to avoid the tourist crowds at the Taj Mahal and the high entrance fees. The disadvantage is that you are far away from the building and cannot admire the beautiful decorations in detail.
