Good Day
I’m Malar, group leader of 13pax from Malaysia engaged Welcome Tour for our Holiday Package.
We planned for a 10 Days Golden Triangle and
Rajasthan tour..
1.Mr Sayed Farhan Ali. (Our tour operator)
And Driver Joginder
Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Mr
Farhan.
I must say our guide Farhan and driver Joginder helped contribute to it being such a great tour. I really can not fault them. From the very beginning Farhan brought the whole group together, turning us into a very close knit travel family. Both guide and driver displayed high levels of professionalism and made sure that everyone was happy at all times. Farhan is such a lovely person! He was great fun to be around and was extremely knowledgeable- I was able to learn a lot from him. He is such a warm personality and highly motivated guide and person (recommendable!).All respect for Farhan who does a great job and assistance for us even though it’s was a peak of Covid19 out break..he did all his best for us to complete our planned tour successfully ; he was so accommodative and down to earth person..

Joginder our driver.. was equally a great person.. superb driving. Felt so relaxed and secured traveling in his vehicle.

2. Hotel (accommodation)
All the hotels that was booked by our tour operator (welcome Tour) was a beautiful hotel..and the stay was pleasant and comfortable stay..

They were extremely professional and they had a very good cab driver who was very polite and helpful and their guide was amazing , he was very polite and extremely helpful. He volunteered to be our photographer and took some stunning pictures and videos .overall these guys made our Tajmahal trip a very memorable one . I will highly recommend them

Excellent personalised 3 day tour of Agra with 3 small children. The travel guide ensured that we visited the monuments when it was cooler and less busy so that the children could enjoy the experience without feeling overwhelmed. He included them when informing us of the facts and history behind the monuments. The driver was fantastic! He was punctual and the car was spacious, comfortable and had excellent AC! The communication between the tour guide and driver meant that we were never waiting after visiting a monument. We were entertained and felt safe for our entire visit. Would whole-heartedly recommend.

The guide Mr.Navid at Taj Mahal was very good. He knew all about the the place and his english was supergood.
Be careful with the marble and carpet store they want you to go to at the end of the day. People at the marble and carpet store wants your money.

Faizal was very helpful during my time in Agra. As a solo traveller who experienced problems with my debit car, he helped find a solution so I could go about the day. Very knowledgeable about the Taj Mahal and it’s history.

I took a solo trip to Agra last July and had a wonderful time, particularly at the Taj Mahal. My tour guide, Faizan, was extremely knowledgable about all aspects of this fascinating structure and the surrounding complex. I found his English exceptional and had an easy time understanding what he was telling me. He exhibited a lot of patience as I had too many questions regarding the history of the Taj Mahal specifically and the city of Agra. After this tour, I have decided that I would like to go back again to the Taj Mahal and spend more time there.

We visited The Taj Mahal in the year 2014. It was a great experience and a mesmerizing tour. Our guide Mr Sayed was so helpful and with great knowledge, he explained all about the history of the Taj Mahal. We will visit again.

Me and my friend from Poland visited Agra in January 2019. All the arrangements were done by these people. Because of them, our time was correctly managed as we were on very short trip. The tour guide was excellent at his work. The best thing was that, the tour guide came all the way to Delhi airport to drop us. Surely, wonderful experience. Thumps up..!! 5 stars...!!
