We have earned our name based on our responsible teamwork. We provide our cars to other travel companies as a vendor. All companies are reputed and responsible for all their travelers.
Now, coming to the above review. The travel agent who assigned the duty for our driver told us that the guest will pay the amount of tour to the driver in cash. We sent the driver on duty with little cash as we were sure that the driver will get the amount on time to take care of the fuel, tax and other expenses. The tour was going fine, and they were happy with the services. When our driver asked for the amount, they said they have paid all the amount to the company in advance and they owe nothing. When we talked to the company, they told us that they haven’t received their amount yet. But the ladies were refusing to pay anything. Our driver had no money to go on 5 – 6 days tour on his own. We were left with no option but to end the tour at Chandigarh hotel.
We have many stories where we went out of our way to give a hassle-free service to our guests. We know how to sort out the unknown situations. We don’t have huge margins to bear such kind of loses, we can certainly bear a loss if genuine and situational. If we are delivering quality services with full responsibility, then our guests should also pay us for our work.
We are in business for the last 12 years and would never like to ruin our reputation.
Yes, coming to the car condition, all our cars are in very good condition and maintained and not old at all.
We insist that we can never ask for more money than the agreed amount and can never leave our guests in between.
We have many good reviews based on our quality services and have earned a name on the basis of discipline and responsibility towards all our guests.
