I went on a tour of the Taj Mahal in Agra and Asim and crew were fantastic. From the pickup at the hotel to the stops for tea to the final destination they were all very professional and entertaining. Very knowledgeable about the history behind the Taj Mahal among many other topics. I would recommend them to anyone I know. Thanks y'all!

Highly recommended tour. After booked i got confirmation from A STAR TOURS. Asim picked me up from Taj Palace as given time. First we went to old Delhi where we met Mr. Ankush who led this tour. He was extremely knowledgeable. I had seen Jama Mosque, Red Fort and Chandni Chowk in Rickshaw ride. It was fascinating experience then I saw India Gate,Presidential Building, Humayun Tomb and Agrasen Ki Baoli.

My mom and I made the mistake of taking a hop on/off bus tour the day before we took this tour. The differences were night and day as this tour was clearly the winner. We were promptly picked up at our hotel by our driver and met our wonderful guide, Ankush who’s English and mannerisms was quite perfect for us. He gave us a proper introduction and a brief outline of the tour before we set off in a rickshaw for a fun ride through the bustling roads and eventually the markets of Old Delhi-this is where we got a bit of a workout going up a few steep flights of stairs and through some strong smells of spices. We brought our N95 masks to help us bear through some parts we felt that we needed to use our masks but this is certainly just a personal option of ours.
We continued on by car through New Delhi where Ankush also continued his fantastic narration of Delhi’s great sites including Qutub Minar, Humayun’s Tomb, India Gate, and Red Fort. Ankush has a vast knowledge of all the sites and their history-all our questions and even some our opinions were well received and properly answered. Ankush also took our phone camera photos at the right moments.
The lunch were lead to was on the pricier end in a clean nice restaurant but we enjoyed the tasty food and they took cards. Don’t forget to bring rupees for some entrance fees, camera fee, and shoe parking fee-Also 100 rupee bills for tips as well.
This is the proper tour to take if you want to establish your bearings amongst the Delhi chaos and soak in some good history in a clear thorough manner. Ask for Ankush who we can highly recommend based on our experience.

Convenient - owner confirmed booking via Whatsapp within minutes of my booking.
I had NUMEROUS questions as I compared this tour to cheaper ones.
Value: This tour was worth every penny and since it was private I did not have to "share" my guide with others asking questions that were not my area of interest. Raj, my guide, is a highly competent licensed guide (by the government) and made getting around the city a breeze as Dehli is so spread out.
Customizable: While this tour has a set/suggested itinerary, Raj asked if I had any specific places I wanted to add, as I deleted one suggested stop. His level of English is very high (I speak very quickly) and only a few times during the whole day did I have to ask him to repeat himself as I did not understand his accent. I was VERY intimidated by the city as a single female traveler and I felt completely safe with Raj and our driver.

Spent the day on this tour and was so very pleased that I did. The driver Lal was very hospitable, friendly and courteous. The tour guide Ankush was knowledgeable and took great care to ensure I had the full Delhi experience. Great value for money and thoroughly enjoyable day!

Star Tours team provided a great day out. Asim co-ordinates the arrangements, Ajay (the driver) was prompt, and always in a great spot for prompt pickups, and Manu (Guide) was a font of useful and historical information, as well as being a keen cricket fan and capable photographer to take pics at the various sites. The actual itinerary ticked the big must see places for your first trip.
Overall- a great tour to do, with a well coordinated and safe team. Good value :-)

My wife and I had a wonderful tour. We were picked up at the hotel at 9 am. Mr. Rajendra was an excellent guide and took the time to explain everything. Mr. Ajay drove us to the various places and navigated the car through the crowded streets very well.
We saw all the places we wanted to see. These included the Rashtrapathi Bhavan area with the North and South Block buildings, Rajpath and India Gate, the magnificent Akshardham temple, Old Delhi (Jama Masjid, the bustling Chandni Chowk and Red Fort area on rickshaw), Connaught Place, Gandhi Bhavan, and the Qutb Minar, among others. It was great experiencing the hustle and bustle of Old Delhi. We saw the small stores at Kinari bazaar selling beautiful marriage clothing and decorations. We were dropped back at our hotel in the evening after a memorable day.
Our guide was very knowledgeable about Delhi and pointed out several places of interest. We were taken to the Lutyens restaurant for a delicious lunch. We loved the tour and were very well looked after. We highly recommend it. Wish you safe and happy travels!

Great tour if you’re short on time and require comfort.
Sam and Rajinder excelled in giving a quick, but thorough, history of various structures and shuttling us around.
Highly advised to book this or a similar tour to avoid public or rickshaw transit. Get most of it done in a day at nominal cost.

I took this tour while I was in New Delhi. It was divided into 2 parts: the morning was spent in old town, while the afternoon was spent in "new" town. The narrow streets of Old Town were navigated on a rickshaw; my guide took me through the spice and tea markets, as well as to a mosque. I actually purchased some premium Darjeeling tea while I was there. The visit to new town included visits to several points of interest, as well as a visit to a local rug merchant - as I had mentioned to my guide, Sam, that I was interested in looking at rugs. [I also purchased a hand-knotted silk rug.] Throughout the trip, my guide was very knowledgeable - and answered all of my questions. I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting New Delhi.

Although this tour seems very affordable, nothing was included and the guide constantly had us paying for more services. While it does say that the Tuk Tuk rides were not included, we were not told beforehand how much it would be and they wanted to greatly overcharge us, which we refused. Every entrance fees was not included and our guide barely gave us a tour. He told us some basic thoughts then left us to wander while he talked to his friends. He as CONSTANTLY on the phone- in the car, at the sights, etc. Everything was pretty rushed too and he would take one picture of us then rush us to the next place. When we asked about shopping, he took us to an extremely pushy and overpriced store (as they usually do) that was not beneficial at all. Overall, the guide seemed very distracted and we lost trust in him quickly. I would have rather paid more for a tour that included everything with a better guide.
