The hillock offers excellent views of Ooty. The area is pleasant neither too cold nor hot due to the propensity of trees with large canopies. The temple dedicated to Lord Muruka adds value. Nice place to be in Ooty.

Temple was very divine which is having a very big statue of lord murugan like the one in Malaysia. The view of the temple is excellent. Worthy visit.

This temple dedicated to lord Balathandayuthabani is a replica of Palani hills. Recently they have also made a long statue of Muruga, which is replica of Bathumalai, in Malasiya.

This place is not popular among locals so its a bit difficult to visit. Better to go in own vehicle or hired for to and fro. No transportation facility. There were nearly 100 stairs so its difficult for old people.
