On the second week of January we took our first trip with Our 10-month-old kiddo. since it's her first time out to anyplace rather our home we were very much skeptical and wanted to be very careful with the choices we make. After talking to different holiday planners, we decided to go with Holiday Navigator. Mrs. Poongkodi assisted us with most care and professionalism. she understood our concerns and suggested places and choices which will suit our priority and the baby best. she made the baby's comfortability a priority and made sure it reflected through our trip. After having multiple talks and plans we chose Madurai-Thekkady-Alappuzha-Madurai. It was a total 5-day trip and from the cab to the property she gave us showed how much she did really cared about our comfortability. Every hotel she booked us was in its own class the best. the staffs in that property were so caring and took that we had a very comfortable stay with them with no compromises. When we asked them to prepare separate food for our baby, they did it with at most care and consideration which was very much evident in the food. We were so happy that we and our baby was comfortable from the time we started from Madurai till we reach back. If at all we had any concerns or queries she was always there to assist and help us through all.
we've tried few other tour organizers before and had one to few bad incidents which made us compromise on few things, we regrated overpaying for the facilities provided but with holiday navigators am happy we had zero regrets.
When we take our family and kids it's very much important that we land up with someone who see us like their own and make sure we are safe and comfortable.

Recently travelled to Maldives, holiday navigator made the trip hassle free. Right from booking of the trip to landing back in Bangalore they were in touch to assist and suggest things during travel. Even when the airlines cancelled the direct flight to Male, holiday navigator team managed to arrange alternate flight available by the same airline on the same day via Cochin.
In short Experience with holiday navigator was pleasant and for sure the next travel plans will done by them again.
Special thanks to Divya and Poongkodi for making things easy during the trip.

Had an amazing experience with The Holiday Navigator. I was visiting Madurai for the first time and got in touch with Ms. Jose from The Holiday Navigator. She made my whole trip memorable and amazing. Not only been there throughout my trip but Ms. Jose went extra mile to help me plan a lovely proposal for my Fiancé. She arranged for a Private Helicopter ride, planned out full proposal, Hotel bookings etc. She was the savior I relied on for the full trip. Been out of India and trusting someone to plan the itinerary and making sure it exceeds the expectation. Truly unforceful experience.
Would highly recommend The Holiday Navigator as they don't just fulfill your tourism needs, but also make sure you had great experience. These memories will be remembered life long. Thankyou Ms. Jose for this lovely trip and surely will be in touch for my future trips too.

We have visited andaman on November 8th 2021 we have been there for 4 days . Our entire trip was fabulous we have gone there through a travel advisor called holiday navigator. They arranged everything perfectly. The hotels which they booked for us are very nice. Even the agents who guided us they were very polite and always on time. They explained each and everything clearly about the andaman. Without holiday navigator our trip couldn't be as smooth as it is.

The trip was excellently organised right from the Airport pick-up to all the sight seeing areas and back. Food was good and the 4 Stared hotels were safe, clean and centrally located in all these three places. The trip advisors adjusted the entire itinerary as per our needs. Overall an excellent experience for my elder parents.
Bonus: They also provided us with a Panditji in Puri who helped us in navigating the Jannath Temple.

The Holiday Navigator - I can give 9/10.
I recently joined with Ms. Poonkodi for my trip to Goa. She takes full care of our journeys from beginning to end, and always professional approaches.
I highly recommended her for the domestic and international tourism packages to who really needs.

My husband and I planned for a Munnar trip. The Holiday Navigator guided us through the staying and the places I wanted to visit. I had an amazing experience and a super relaxed weekend. Poongkodi sister made the efforts easy for me, connected to check everything was up to what we expected and it was. I am so happy that I reached out to The Holiday Navigator. Thank you so much for this amazing experience, my husband and I really enjoyed our trip.

The whole trip was organised soo well. The hotels, taxi, and locations selected as per our schedule were totally perfect. Organiser was available on call all the time. She was really good at her work. Would definitely plan next trip very soon with holiday navigator 😀🤟
