Our recent trip to Udaipur was hosted by Rahul Rao. Not only did we enjoy the sightseeing and food, but his understanding around helping us experience everything well was commendable. A homely feeling away from home is rare and Rahul humbly made us feel so. Especially during these covid times where we want to be safe as well as enjoy the local vibe. At the outset, let me say this with much thankfulness that the service provided by Mateshwari Travels is just awesome. Special mention to my chauffeur Mr. Lokesh who did all in his capacity & beyond to make my trip memorable.
So let me be a little narrative. It was late evening prior to the day of my visit when I just came to reach out mateshwari travels. Mr. Gajendra, the owner, has confirmed the booking on the call itself without asking for any advance & provided all details of cab, government ID etc. To my surprise the taxi arrived exactly the way committed by them with all amenities at the airport on time. The 5 day experience with Mr. Lokesh was really pleasant. During day he made me finish my professional commitments & in the evening he made me explore the whole udaipur city. He took me to new restaurants, site seeing, lake views etc that made this trip & service provided by them extraordinary. To that I yet repeat without asking for any sort of money, hidden charges & with utmost comfort.
I really feel satisfied with the service of travels & Mr. Lokesh. I am glad I made the right decision by choosing their services. I would for sure recommend anyone to experience their service if they visit udaipur or around.

Mr Gajendra organised a 7 seater for us on a recent trip to Udaipur. This wasnt our 1st time when we availed services from Mr. Gajendra, like always it was very well organised and communication is always well in time. Mr. Khyali was our chauffeur for 3 days in Udaipur, he took us around to some of the known and hidden treasures of Udaipur. His car will always be spic n span with all Covid protocols followed. Unlike many other drivers, he refrains from taking phone calls while driving, he loves narrating history and short stories about Udaipur and folklores as passed on from his generations. We as a family were very happy with his conduct and behaviour and will recommend him highly.

Worst service ever. I booked mateshwari travels tempo traveller for udaipur for 4 days for 9 members including my parents and small children, initially I was convinced by the owner that the service will be at par hence I booked the service at 23500, although was getting a cheaper service from other travel partner, just in hope that the owner is polite and will keep to his words. But to my surprise when u reached udaipur the traveller driver didn't came to station gate and asked us to travel to a point which was a few km from station saying that construction is happening and taxi traveller is not allowed, but we could see all taxis and other taxi travellers entering and picking up passengers. Also the traveller was old and a.c. was not working. Similar experience I got when he took us to city Palace as well as fate sahar lake where he refused to pick us up and forced us to travel few kms to parking. When I complained to the owner in evening of day1, he said he will send a new driver, next day he send a new driver at 10.00 a.m without repairing the a.c. and when he dropped us on one of sight seeing he gt the a.c. repaired during our trip. Further some how day 2 and 3 went, but the worst was yet to come, kn day 4 in mount abu day of our return after 10 a.m checkout from hotel he took us to guru shikhar and told he has to pick seats for someone, we took a taxi at 10.30 and came back from there at 12.30. After we came back he said he still has to pick up the seats, the owner called us, but we had our travel back to udaipur to catch the train at 6.30, and also need to have lunch on our way, so we refused him to pick up any seats as we were getting late and left for udaipur at 1.30 from Mount abu, initially he was driving fine, also in GPS it was showing that we will reach at 5.30 when we checked post lunch at 4.00, but suddenly he slowed down his speed, when my father who.is a senior citizen asked him to speed up he started fighting and saying all nonsense, somehow we asked him to calm down and make us reach station on time, by God's grace we were somehow able to reach station at 6.15 for our 6.30 train, also luckily our train was at pf1 or otherwise we would have surely missed it because of the reckless driver. Additionally when we called the owner to request him to ask the driver to speed up a bit, he said u should have left earlier, although he was the one who was requesting us to pick his two seats from way, to which if we would have agreed have surely missed our train.i am very sure the driver slowed down since we didn't agreed to pick their stuff due to which he caused all the delay. Really pathetic service. Please don't ever book a cab from mateshwari travel, our traveller number was 8090, please refrain from being fooled by the politeness of the owner over phone and his false commitments.

Thank you very much for booking your journey with our Taxi Tempo Traveller. We express our thanks to you, but we want to tell you that the problem of Tempo Traveler AC occurred suddenly, which was immediately repaired by us, we solve the problems immediately from our side and we have been doing it ever since. They don't even put the customer in front of the problems, as far as Mount Abu Guru Shikhar is concerned, the government does not allow Guru Shikhar Tempo Traveler to go there, there they go to Guru Shikhar separately. You said that we wanted to bring some means, we asked you, you refused, you are getting late, we also agreed and we told the driver that let it be, we will bring it in the next trip, we are talking about speed, so you also know that there are highways and tempo travelers It cannot be increased much, any accident can happen, it has a limited speed of 70 to 80, that we have covered and in today's time, 70 to 80 speed is very much in tempo traveler, any normal small car It is not that we run at 100 to 120 because at the same time we have to take full care of the customer. Once again we express our thanks to you, we didn't mind anything.

Had booked a trip to Kumbalgarh with mateshwari tours through klook. Our driver Dinesh Pandit was so awesome - his driving was professional, always taking care of our comfort and we also had some great conversations. We had such a great experience that we extended our booking to the next day with them for our trip to sajjangarh, Udaipur City tour and airport drop. Highly professional service - recommend booking with them for a great trip in Rajasthan.

I was with my family of 3 in Udaipur during the 2021 Christmas weekend. It was a 2 day trip covering Udaipur city tour and one day to Chittorgarh fort. Mr. Khyali was our chauffeur and the best thing happened to us. He was the perfect companion. He was extremely well mannered, came on time and always available during the trip. He took us to the right restaurants and Tea stalls and took the routes and parking that were less crowded to optimize the time. The car quality was good on both the days. Khayali also drives the car at a very steady pace with no hurry or rash driving whether it is in the highway or in the city roads. He speaks only when required and has a good collection of old hindi film songs to make the journey enjoyable as well.

Gajendra Sharma (the owner) was with us for two days in Udaipur where I was travelling with my family. He was a kind-hearted man with some of the best advice to give to tourists like us. He knew the city in and out which meant we were able to travel seamlessly and go to places we wouldn’t have heard about otherwise. He is resourceful, cordial and extremely punctual. I will call him the next time I’m in the city and would recommend anyone else going there to contact him - without hesitation!!

We had an excellent time in Udaipur, thanks to Khayli Prajyapat who took very good care of us. He was very professional, punctual and flexible to accomodate our needs. We learnt a lot about Udaipur just riding with him, and of course the old hindi songs were an added treat! Thanks for the awesome time!

Hello,
My experience with the driver Khayali Prajapathi at Mateshwari Tours via Smart Taxi was fabulous. He was responsible, respectful and very enterprising. Though I spent only one day in Udaipur; I was able to cover all the important tourist spots, thanks to him. He took me famous local eateries and is very knowledgeable about the entire city & its history.
I would definitely recommend him and Mateswari tours to those who like me are looking for trusting help and guidance while touring Udaipur/Rajasthan.

We had an excellent trip of Udaipur, Chittorgarh and Kumbalgarh. Our driver for the entire trip, Mr. Virendra, is very skilled, attentive, patient and cooperative which adds to the overall experience. Mr. Virendra was very punctual and kept his vehicle spic and span. Mr. Virendra truly believes in the slogan of ‘Padharo Mhare Des’. He wouldn’t allow us to lift our luggage and made sure that we got to enjoy all the must see sites. I would strongly recommend Mateshwari Tours and especially Mr. Virendra, if you need a taxi while you are in Udaipur on a trip.
