We took assistance from Rajasthan Tour & Travels to organise an all girls trip - 9 nights & 10 days trip across Rajasthan to cover major cities of our interest. Deepak customised the trip for us by giving us the required hotels of our choice & arranged a dedicated car to take us to all places. Deepak was very professional & took daily updates from us to ensure that our trip was going smooth & safe. Mr. Udal Singh - our driver for the entire trip drove well & made sure our journey was smooth. I would highly recommend anyone traveling to Rajasthan to reach out to Deepak from Rajasthan Tour & Travels for customised itinerary.

The time I decided to take my family to Rajasthan for the Holidays in December 2021, I reached out to many tour operators. The best and swift response I received was from Rajasthan Tours and Travels. I would like to mention Deepak Mehta’s assistance right from the first call. He understood my requirements and had come up with many itineraries. He very patiently added and changed the plan and finalized it to my satisfaction. He was very helpful in advising a lot of things for the trip right from guiding me to book flight tickets before the airlines hike the price. He was a thorough professional and documented all the conversations in the mail. He also promptly acknowledges payments in the mail.
My trip was for 10 days and throughout the trip Ronak, Operations manager was in touch with me to check my comforts. He checked on my arrival at Rajasthan airport, arranged for the pickup, and sends the itinerary for the day. He also arranged a tour guide for me every day and in some places, he advised me not to hire tour guides as the places are meant to be explored individually thereby saving some moolah for me.
The trip was very well planned that we didn’t feel it was exhausting. The daily trip was well planned such that we are back in the hotel every day to recharge ourselves with good rest.
Last, but not least, Vikash, our personal chauffeur for 10 days was very humble, patient and drove us safely everywhere. He was very punctual and kept the car well maintained and clean.
We have covered almost all places in Rajasthan and carried good memories with us.
One word of caution: When you plan our trip please be very specific about your requirements for the hotels. I would strongly suggest you go for 3 or 4-star properties, nothing less. If I have to give one area of improvement to them, I would say that they should provide a minimum of 3-star properties. They need to tie up with new and good hotels.
I would like to express my sincere thanks to Deepak Mehta, Ronak, Vikash, and the entire staff of Rajasthan Tours and Travels. I wish them success in making their guests carry wonderful memories of Rajasthan.

We did a five day Rajasthan Tours with Rajasthan Travels. We flew into Udaipur and were picked up by her driver from the airport. Over the course of six days and five nights, we covered, udaipur, Nathdwara, chittorgarh, Ajmer, Pushkar and Jaipur. Our driver finally dropped us at Jaipur Airport. Our driver was Vijay and he was a very kind gentleman. He was On top off everything from opening the door for me, to putting all my stuff in the trunk, advising us where We can find the things that we needed to taking us to the restaurant with regards to the type of food we ate.We would also ask him about what type of guides to get weird and he helped us with that. Pretty much he took Care of us over the 5-6days. If anybody is traveling Rajasthan I highly recommend this to Group, and even recommend more our driver Vijay. We had a great time and we are going to be back with family and use them again.

Deepak from Rajasthan Tours and Travels has bn a very helpful and wonderful person in planning and facilitating our trip. Not only he ensured that we should stay at the right place which fits our overall requirements in terms of the ease for my father who is a super senior citizen plus my children who are in their teens and lastly for us.
He arranged a wonderful driver for the Innova Car who ensured more than 100% comfort for all of us right from guiding us to the correct spots, helping us in planning for a meticulous trips to places of visit and taking us to the best places for the meals.
Overall, it was a value for money and a more than satisfying vacation planned in the right and apt perspective.
Accommodation, Conveyance, City Tour, Nearby places, Courtesy etc. etc have bn really fantastic.
It was a good first time experience with Deepak and Rajasthan Tours.

We had a family Tour of Udaipur. It was a nice experience overall. Services were offered as committed. But the best time to visit Udaipur definitely going to book with same company. Thanks Mr Deepak 9602024881 to make our tour memorable.
Our driver was Mr Yashvant (9829312259), who spoke basic english but enough to have some good conversations about Indian culture. He drives very carefully and gave nice suggestions of places to visit and restaurants. Also, he cleaned the car every day and would always follow our itinerary and changes we wanted to make along the trip. Price of the service was reasonable and lower than many other places we quoted. So, strongly recommended!

At the final stage of negotiation for a 7 days package tour to parts of Rajasthan, I came across the ratings and reviews of the tour operator "Rajasthan Tours and Travels (Udaipur) in Trip Advisor. I then contacted Mr. Deepak Mehta and finalised a tour plan from 11 Dec to 17 Dec, 2021 to Udaipur, Mount Abu, Jodhpur and Jaisalmer including one night stay at Tent House at Sam Dunes. The journey started well and we were very happy with the car, driver and hotels at Udaipur (Opulence Inn) and Jodhpur hotel (Marwar Hotels and Gardens). Mr. Deepak Mehta too was promptly available over mobile as and when required. Our first shock was when we reached the hotel at Mt. Abu. This hotel(?) "Gorbandh' is not even worthy of giving 1 star status. During negotiation we were given the name of hotel Swagat which for unknown reason changed subsequently. The hotels Chandragagan excellency at Jaisalmer had no lift though their dining hall at 5th floor roof, no front desk till 08 AM (so you have problem of checking out early morning if you are to catch flight from Jodhpur). The worst thing was our stay at Heritage resort tent house at Sam Dunes. We could not even stay for more than 30 minutes at Sam even though we had to pay a good amount for jeep and camel ride. No breakfast at 09,30 AM, after we requested they made something which is not worth eating.
I am sharing this so that others do not agree to stay in these places, if offered in package.

Mr Deepak Mehta was extremely professional and he responded and answered each query whenever asked for and he was available any time. He neatly planned and organized the trip for our group of 20 ppl. Some minor issues wrt to hotels were faced, which i believe wasnt his fault , although , i wish if he could forward the feedback so even the hotels can improve . Rest , every thing was perfect, the bus was in good condition , other hotels were fantastic , the driver and the helper were very co-operative . I felt they are not like any other tours agent , who are only after money and ignorant once their motive is achieved . Totally recommend them. Make sure u give him some time and your wish list , so as to ensure he can plan well in advance.

If you thinking about hiring this team for your travel, dont think twice, think atleast 10 times. We booked Rajasthan for 5 days with Mr Deepak Mehta and below Pros and Cons of our experience with them.
PROS::
1.Hotel Selection based on your budget . The hotel provided to us were very good.
2. Driver provided to us in Udaipur (Mr. Pradeep) was very nice and kind.
CONS:
1. They are extremely unprofessional.
2. We booked early flight to reach Udaipur and they specified our tour will start same day of reaching. But once the driver picked us from airport, he said he will drop us at hotel and sight seeing will start tomm. So, at Morning 7:30am, we are discussing to and fro with driver and Mr Mehta about this confusion. I mean , how hard it is to make the driver know about itinerary.
3. Sight Seeing started and the guide provided to us was a hard core tobacco chewer.
4. From Udaipur to Jodhpur and forward, we received new driver who was worst person you can meet. Tobacco eater, rude talker.
5. On complaining about driver to Mr Mehta , he didn't believe us and instead took driver side.
6. He justified that for long journey, tobacco is fine, even though , we were getting irritated and getting headache .
7. We asked for driver change , which he didnt fulfill.
Suggestions:
1. Don't book with this tour operator. You will spoil your good time.
2. If you are still going ahead with them, dont go with driver whose name is Mr. Babu (9950347171)
3. Dont Pay full by start of trip. Keep atleast 15-20% balance till end of trip, so you have the upper hand and he will fulfill your requirements.

Unforgettable experience of our Rajasthan trip- a lot of colours, smiles and happiness. We are excited with fine organisation of our tour by Rajasthan Tour and Travels and especially with our brilliant driver Pintu, shanu, Raju and jagdish who made fine job on difficult Indian roads. They were modest,polite and punctual young drivers. Thanks to them we could see all places we planned. Mr. Deepak seriously guided us at all the destinations we decided to visit and gone out of the way to satisfy our needs. We highly recommend the company and all the staff to everybody who wants to to immerse into the atmosphere of incredible India.
