We recently enjoyed our first safari in Ranthambhore having previously visited Pench Kanha & Bandhavgarh tiger reserves in the past few years. The 6 hour rail trip from Delhi to Sawai Madhupur was a great adventure too. With 7 tiger safaris organised by Ravindre Jain from the nearby Regency Hotel, we looked forward to a good trip and he organised... More

This is the only reason you travel to Sawai Madhopur for and it is an escape from the stink and filth of the town. Do not expect to see tigers though as they will hide from the noise made by the lorry loads of tourists tearing around the dusty roads of the park. What you do see plenty of are... More

The trip was very good in 4 wheel drive vehicles. Very good guide but we were unlucky not to see a tiger. The trip is very dusty and a mouth guard is advisable

My wife and I stayed in Ranthambore for two nights during a tour of northern India. Our package included two 3-hour game drives around the National Park – one in the morning and the other in the late afternoon. Apparently, the chances of seeing one of the 63 (recorded) tigers in the 392 sq. km reserve are quite limited, although... More

The trip through the park with the guide was very interesting and beautiful. We saw many animals, but unfortunately we didn't see a tiger. The guide pointed out tiger tracks to us though and the trip was very good.

If you don't see tigers there are still plenty of other animals to see close-up in their natural habitat...

I did two safari trips by canter into the park, zones 4 and 5. I did a morning safari on the first day and saw many birds and animals. My second trip was an afternoon/ evening one and I saw the same kinds of animals. As we were about to leave the park, there was great excitement amongst all the... More

November 29th - 30th 2016 - We did 3 tours in a jeep, zones 6,7 and 3. Zone 6 (morning ) not very interesting. Zone 7 (afternoon) spectacular and our guide was great - it makes a big difference - Madan Agrawal - get him if you can - he found us a tiger all to ourselves. Zone 3 (morning)... More

Although we dint see any tiger. But we did see fresh foot marks of tiger. We went only for one safari. I guess the timing is more suitable for summer. The park in itself is beautiful. And if they are able to maintain it properly and make more tigers visible without disturbing nature. It would be much more than worth... More
