This visit was not by choice as was in with a tuk tuk tour not a nice zoo in terms of plants and vegetation not kept clean minimal animals the ones we did see tiger in a large enclosure and lion in a small enclosure panting seemed distressed the enclosures made no sense as there was so much space in the vegetation and trees the worst bit was unforgiveable and devastating there was a dead puppy on the entrance ce gate and there was a puppy mourning and wouldn't move it was absolutely heart breaking doesnt look good on zoos in general please avoid!!

Poor infrastructure; poor maintenance and smelly enclosure. Staff not bothered on the feedback from visitors. High ticket price and very poor show- most of the enclosures are empty. This Zoo is Not worth visiting.

Machia Biological Park is located almost 8.5 kilometers from Jodhpur City, in close proximity to Kaylana Lake. Bird lovers will find this park especially interesting, since it is home to a variety of bird species, and there is a birdwatching point to spot them. Machia Biological Park is home to a rich variety of wildlife, including Lion, Tiger, Bear, Crocodile & Ostrich.
Inside the park, there is ample walking space for the visitors to observe the animals in their natural habitats. There is an exhibition gallery which consists of local herbs & weeds. In addition, the park is also home to the Machiya Fort, which offers beautiful views from the top.

this place is amongst torist attractions of Jodhpur and the visitors who visit Jodhpur also come to his place to see wild animals.
The battery operated car is provided for easy reach to the compound where animals are kept.
The place is maintained quite well and the animals too looked healthy. It takes an hour or so to see the complete zoo.
If you like to watch wild animals in confined space or if kids are along you can visit this place.

The park is well maintained and various animal species have been maintained in the park. You can visit with children to show various species and challenge would be to maintain the park.
