Jodhpur is city of Temples. Most of them were build few centuries ago, where many sadhus did Seva and Tapsays for all of their life.
Achal Nath Temple is one of them, therefore, one can feel the positive energy in temple premises. Its in heart of the city. The uniqueness of this temple is that, it has 2 siva lingas. Generally there is one linga in Siva Temple.
Its a very famous temple with so many regular devotee, who visit the temple every day, without fail. During August, which is a month dedicated to Lord Siva, on every day there are special pooja and especially on Monday, the day of Lord Siva, morning Aarti which takes place between 10:30 - 11 am, devotees throngs in huge numbers.
The experience of Aarti is something one cannot describe. Its to be felt only.
Since temple is in heart of city and surrounded by local market, one can look at combining both shopping and temple visit. Generally market opens at around 11 am in morning, so after Aarti, shopping can be planned.
Om Namah Sivay ! Jai Shankar !

This temple is very near to Kunj Bihari Temple, so you can visit both the temples at a time. The temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva. Better to reach there at Aarti time.

This is a Lord Shiva Temple inside Jodhpur city and it is very much crowded during evening time when the Aarti (Prayer) is going on. During the month of July and August, it is decorated on every Monday with flowers and other things in very beautiful style.

This temple is dedicated to lord shiva. When i visited, some construction work is still going on in the temple premises. The uniqueness in this temple is that at one place you can see two shivling.
