Maa Santoshi is the presiding deity of this temple located amidst lush greenery about ten kilometres away from Jodhpur city. Friday is the most auspicious day to visit this temple and hence some crowd is likely on Friday. Other days show up very thin crowd. No queues and straight forward darshan of the deity.

Good place to visit and worship when inside Mehrangarh Fort. It takes a small walk from fort main wall where all the canons are place to reach there but worth a visit. This is the same temple where current king comes to worship.

This is a temple on the end wall of the fort. You had to take your shoes off before walking down the stairs, but we lucked out and saw a prayer going on. Maybe its nothing special, but I had never had the chance to see what they are doing up close. As a temple its nothing special or intricate,... More
