A great historic place. I've always been a fan of fort but this is pretty different. The fort is huge, outside itself the fort has got many cannon marks and with the guide the journey inside the fort will be amazing. There is a museum inside the fort where you'll see all sorts of bows arrows swords and many other... More

Jodhpur drive from Delhi is an excellent one. Good Road till the last 150 KM, when u leave the Jaipur Mumbai Highway for Jodhpur. The best time to visit Rajasthan is between Dec to Feb. Else it gets hot. Even in Jan the day weather was pleasant with evenings and mornings a bit colder. The Major attraction of the city... More

First the scale is epic but there is more to this places story rather than the size. Great history and aided with the audio guide you can... More

This is a great historic site to visit and the audio tour is fantastic with local buskers adding to the atmosphere. The views of the Old Blue City are spectacular.

We took an English tour which was well guided and nicely explained the history. Took elevator up which was a great way to save time. Fort is beautiful.

One of the best preserved forts of India. It is still in custodianship of the Maharaja. Maintained very clean. Very nice welcome of guests at Naubat of the gate. Mr. Sanjay is a very learned guide of the fort with excellent personality. Restaurant inside the fort serves very tasty Rajasthani meals.

Firstly, you don't have to buy a ticket to go to the fort. You can walk around the grounds for free. Saying that, it is worth buying the ticket. If you're a student, bring your ID card - you get a modest discount. With the ticket you also get an audio guide. The best audio guide we've had all India!!!... More
