The palace museum is one of the main attraction in Jodhpur. The vintage car museum displays the royal cars. The kesar kulfi at the entrance is best .

Some part of the Umaid Bhawan palace is turned in to the museum for the visitors. You can see the nice paintings, view maharajahs vintage cars like rolls Royce, Cadillac etc.

It is a very attractive palace which is also one of the rare "living palaces". Only part of the palace is open for public exhibition, very clean and well maintained . I particularly liked the paintings on display in this palace . Provide for an hour to visit this palace

Most of the palace is off limits, but what remains is worth seeing. No need for a guide. The antique pieces are a class apart.

This is one of those structures/marvels in the world that would always come to my mind when someone says GRAND! Awesome architecture, the proportions, symmetry, framing...... Everything! This is a newer palace when compared to other palaces/forts in Rajasthan. This was built in the first half of 20th Century. Most of the palace is converted to a luxury hotel now. Only some parts of the palace is open for public to visit. There is a museum housed in the palace. The museum contains several articles and exhibits... More
