dont visit it a school now

we were told to go bare foot on two of the cenotaphs as every night a diya is lit on the cenotaphs and noises are heard. The ghosts still lighting the diyas.. good for pics

Mahamandir area is a good open place having a good normal market. Things are easily available here. Few hotels are also near this area from where all popular places are nearby.

Historic Place but kind of within city now and not maintained so well. The place needs overall face list. Is it a must visit - No you can skip this place while visiting Jodhpur. It's located just off the city center Ghanta Ghar.

It is not a place to visit now as a school is running on this side. A good place for photography. We are not sure about the permission part as they have not developed a system for tourist.

This is converted into a regular school now. Nothing significant. Not a tourist place anymore. This is outside the city and autowalahs would charge rs 200 or so for one-way. better to skip.

Not many are aware of these cenatophs, which are close to Mandore garden and again dedicated to the rajput royalty. There is a gatekeeper who keeps the main gate locked and on request opens the gate. The place is spooky in the sense that , as per the gatekeeper; we were told to go bare foot on two of the... More

Hidden in the narrow lanes this place is quite interesting. Locally known as "NATHO KA MANDIR", while Mahamandir is the more popular as the name of the area. The temple is few hundred meter away after crossing Railway Line. Presently a School is running at the temple area. The main temple has lot of interesting paintings on the wall showing... More
