I had a really great experience here. The welcome and display were really great. Between my friend and I, we ended up ordering 6 rugs (between 1m and 6m). They were expertly made and delivered on time and within the agreed price - sent to the UAE and NYC. 5 years on and these rugs are still looking great and like new with little maintenance.

I bought two jackets and two scarfs. It was sent from India to Europee. Measurements were made online in collaboration with the company and Naresh. It all went superwell. I received the jackets and when one did not fit perfect they quickly fixed it without extra costs. I am happy with my jackets and highly recommend Naresh and Maharaja Art!

We visited this AMAZING shop today and the range of authentic Indian art was overwhelming. Rakesh suggested we go to his factory to see the huge range of options and see for ourselves how things are either reproduced, finished, or repurposed. They have both original pieces as well as remarkable reproductions- doors, windows, tables, cabinets… we are so excited to receive all our beautiful pieces in California! This place is an absolute MUST if you appreciate rustic authentic Indian art & history. They offer things you will never find in pricey home decor stores in America. A true highlight of our trip to Jodhpur!

What an amazing shop!!! Before you start looking at textiles ask Naresh to model his coats! What an amazing young designer they are very well made and crafted with gorgeous fabric. I did not have much time in Jodhpur for the measurement made specifically for you, but seriously regretting not getting the cost at this time!! Anyway…Naresh is a gracious host!! Excellent English and fun to shop with! He showed us several pieces of textiles and I’m so excited about my purchases. These items could seriously cost 3-50x the price if purchased from retailers in the US!! Definitely check them out!!

We usually do not shop but this time we had a great time buying and they have sent all to Italy and it arrived within 2 weeks! Also the tailored made Etro style jacket fitted perfectly! We recommend a stop

A genuine non tourist experience with very helpful staff. It is situated in the middle of the desert a couple of 100m from a tollway. It’s not on the tourist trail and we were grateful that our driver knew about this place. They are predominantly an export place and not a shop front. A huge selection of old metal, brass, wood artefacts in one room and then textiles and carpets in another. There was no pressure to buy and we were shown a huge selection before we chose what we wanted. They shipped home with insurance and no tax is payable in Jodhpur. The quality of the silk carpets, textiles, cushion covers, pashminas etc all appear exceptional and we await our goods to arrive home in a couple of weeks. We were well looked after with cool soft drinks and samosas at the end of the presentation and purchase of goods.

We visited Maharaja Art And Craft during our trip through Rajasthan. In Rajasthan we were impressed by all the high quality art and crafts we have seen on the way. At Maharaja Art and Craft we saw lots of beautiful items. Old antique furniture, art ,crafts and much more. When we saw the fabrics and custom made examples of coats Naresh made ,I was impressed with the fine quality of the fabric and the beautiful way it was made. I ordered a jacket which was sent to Europe. It is well received and the jacket fitted perfectly well. I am very happy with it and can recommend this place to anyone who likes to buy something special.
