Area in the fort that must have been very sumptuous in its day. Let your imagination wander and think about how it was to live in the most luxurious way possible at the time,

The palace held lots of domestic items from the time of the maharajah, which really gave an insight to how they lived.

Go to Jaisalmer fort and book an audio guide. Guide will take you to King's chamber and it's delightful to watch. The facts about the chamber are mind boggling. It's a must visit place if you are in Jaisalmer.

I would allow 1 to 2 hours, and wander around on your own or get an audio guide or pay a guide to take you around - whichever you prefer.
