1.This museum is must for cricket fans and the best museum I have ever visited. You can experience a truly unique and unforgettable opportunity by visiting the world's largest cricket museum
2.Located near swargate it is a hidden gem, you will see lots of memorial pieces dating back from 1900
3.My 10 year son was too much excited and we bought a small bat for him. Bats signed by Kohli and MS Dhoni are also available.
4.There are multiple zones like World cup zone, Sachin Tendulkar, Virat Kohli and Triple Centuries.
5.Rohan Pate has done a tremendous work and only passionate person like him can do it.
6.It was inaugurated by Sachin Tendulkar in 2012
7.The museum has a 5,000 sq ft (460 m2) gallery with a collection of over 51,000 cricket items including bats signed by the captains of the world cup winning teams, bats signed by members of World Cup winning teams, signed t-shirts from the 2011 Cricket World Cup winning Indian team, and personal items signed and used by famous international cricketers.
8.Blades of Glory was honored with Certificates of Excellence by the Golden Book of World Records
9.Parking can be a problem and there is nothing nearby to buy and eat. So plan accordingly if you are travelling with kids.
10.

Blades of Glory is a laudable compact private collection of cricket mementos and souvenirs of renowned international cricketers. It is said to be the first such museum of cricket memorabilia in Pune.
The jersey, cap, shoes, guards, etc. bats and balls on display here, takes you back to the awesome moments of the game when the players had performed record breaking feats wearing or using them. It is an awesome feeling! A section in this museum is dedicated to display the achievements and mementos of the cricketing legend - Sachin Tendulkar. Infact, this museum was aptly inaugurated by Sachin Tendulkar! Just when you enter the museum there is an interesting display tracing the evolution of the cricket bat way back from 1720! Before one starts moving around to watch the collection, you are shown a short video that traces the journey of this museum. A staff on duty, enthusiastically showed us around providing information of each item displayrd and that of the cricketer to whom it belonged to. Any cricket buff will be inspired and energised by this collection of cricketing gear donated by the cricketing greats. There is an entry fee of Rs.50 per person. One can comfortably see the whole collection in an hour and a half. The museum is located in the Southwest end of the city and travelling from East or Northeast of the city may take some time to reach the place.
A story that goes around here is that when Andy Roberts, the great fast bowler from West Indies visited this museum, after seeing and appreciating it, he bowled a fast one asking, "What about the ball, man!", indicating that the name of the museum leaned more towards the bat and the batsman! 😊
Overall , a good cricketing experience!

I visited this place as part of 'Pune Darshan'. As soon as i entered this place, I was awestruck by the collection.
It has an excellent collection of cricket equipment (bats, balls, Jerseys, shoes etc) used by the cricket players.
Its a must visit place for a cricket lover.
Thanks to Mr. Rohan Pate(owner), to build this Museum.

Blades of Glory is a collection of Cricket Memorabilia of some of the greatest players and events ever happened .The place epitomizes passion and love for the game of Cricket

The Gallery tour starts with a small video and then staff takes you to different sections (Legends Section , Sachin Tendulkar room etc.) . The thing I liked the most about the place is the positive energy and enthusiasm of owner and staff to share the experiences.

The staff was kind enough and offered to click a photograph with Sachin Tendulkar's bat from 1992 World Cup ; which I gladly accepted . Do bring your camera along to capture some of the rarest seen cricket memorabilia

A must go place for every cricket fan.The gallery is open 7 days a week from 10:30 AM to 7PM. The ticket charges are Rs 50 / person , which I believe does not even cover the running cost of the Museum.

Trivia : The museum holds a place in Limca Book of Records

Went with my family and office colleague who had come from Singapore. The collections are amazing & very well displayed. They allow photography but would recommend to take your professional camera as with mobile it's very difficult to capture considering not so bright lighting & items displayed are inside glass. It is inside a building but can be located easily with Google maps. Would recommend to go with friends to go back over time & bring the nostalgia discussion.
