The amanora mall is nearly empty and most of it is still under construction. There are no good showrooms. I was really disappointed after driving across Pune for it. Pls visit the seasons mall instead, which is right across the street and I hear it is much better

Though it is the closest to where I stay, I am never inclined to visit them. Only if it is an urgent requirement, then only I go to this place.
Worst kind of architecture and planning. The parking itself is so oddly distributed, you can never plan to visit multiple outlets without having to walk too much. The parking is only close to one wing, whichever place you park. And then to get out and go back, you have to do a full parikrama of the mall.
More than half the mall is empty. I can understand that the tenants may not be getting enough footfalls and they leave. The two wings are supposed to be connected from every floor. I was on top floor and to go to the next wing, I have to come down to the ground floor and then go the other wing!! Sheer waste of time and enough proof of poorly planned infrastructure.
Attached pic of the door that is closed on second floor and you have to do the effort to go to the bottom most floor to access the other side of the mall!! Pathetic experience.
Better avoid, as there is another option just across the road which is less tiring to explore and suitably planned.

Amanora mall is good size and famous shopping destination among localities. You find many international brands store and lot many good international eating joints. During heavily crowded and very busy during seasons sale. It has two units and check out which unit attract you more or you will be confused where to go. Many food options and good place for family outing. Parking in basement available .

And I am going to regret my decision for a very very long time. Substandard services, may be equivalent to a small town local beauty parlour.
The person who attended me, was such a glib. She did all possible things to get me to buy their products. But nothing to give me a good service, that I went there for.
So, I went for an organic skin lightening facial - which was apparently and unnecessarily added with some eye treatment (beginning of looting the customer), then the attendant did some superficial back cleaning with water and wet tissues (pissed already). Then she started doing some random apply thing and keep layering up my face with something new (in the name of a good treatment).
After repeatedly asking her for also covering up the neck area, since it is a skin lightening facial, the whole of face and neck area should be treated (which anyways any normal facial demands) she denied everytime .
And mind you, I paid a hefty some of Rs.4104 for this unexpectedly bad service.
I regret my money wasted, my skin underwent this 1 and half hour long drama and also the trust I had put into LAKME Salon.
The uninterested people at billing counter and the under qualified person who did the facial for me.
When she said take facial for your back (really a facial for back 😵) and when she called the blackheads as Whiteheads.. Saying that it appears black on surface but is white inside, its a whitehead.. I was totally taken aback.
I again regret my decision and money, why did I choose LAKME Salon amanora,Pune.

I have been visiting Amanora Town Center right since it was started. Proximity of the Mall from my home is another reason why I have been a frequent visitor of this place. The best part of the Mall is the Oasis which plays beautiful musical fountain in the evenings. Esp. on weekends, it is a real bliss to enjoy it. With so many brands like Central, Hagen Daz, Village, Home Town, @Home, Me and Moms, First Cry, Big Bazar etc. it is a single place to get everything you need. Besides, it is just opposite to the newly opened Season's Mall at the Magarpatta city. Parking fee is charged @ Amanora which is not intriguing part. However, Season's allows parking for free.

After coming in Pune city, today is my fourth time visit at Amanora Town Centre. This shopping Mall is situated at Hadapsar & from my place { Koregaon Park} just have to drive twenty minutes to reach the mall. Its architectural excellence is really impressive. It is not just a mall but like a beautiful small town with more than hundred(I think) branded shops, gaming zone, multiplex, hypermarket & so many food & beverage outlets. Amanora has two separate blocks & each block is unique in design and oh! really it provides an unforgettable experience. We bought a blazer with trouser from VANHEUSEN shop at a genuine price. Amanora shopping Mall is a beautiful & favourite place for Pune's people.

Amanora mall is one of the biggest mall in Pune. It has four different building each divided into East block and West Block. There is place in between them where big screen is kept, you can watch live matches here along with food.
This mall offers everything right from cloth, shopping, food, entertainment till play zone. The mall has Hyundai and Harley Davidson showroom within it. There is lot of seating places inside the mall. Covering entire mall is a bit tiresome work.
You can enjoy here almost the entire day with your family and loved ones. They have multi-layer parking which has come steep gradients.

Its a huge place, there are many shops,to shop international brands, but it was really crowded when I visited..It was clean and properly arranged. The outer structure is beautiful and unique.Amanora Town Centre attracts families, youth, and teenagers alike.I tried my coffee at Starbucks ,The place is quite cozy to hang around with friends or just to sit in a comfortable couch to relax and enjoy your coffee. It is probably Pune's biggest mall.A lot of movie theaters are available. If you are looking for good quality stuff it's the right place. It is a very beautifully designed and enormous mall.
