If you want to make delicious as well has healthy Restaurant style food, one must go to Rajul's classes. She teaches with so much passion and treats you like a friend and not just a student. She encourages that you can call her anytime that you are making anything she teaches so she can help you right then and there(just in case there is something not going right). I have not seen any other teacher do that. I attended all her classes between 2011 - 2013. Love her recipes and methods

I attended the class on Dhaba style Punjabi cooking, and simply loved it! Living in Ireland, I had been fascinated with Indian food for quite a while, but following online recipes and youtube videos only gives you so much insight on how to do things. I was delighted when I found Rajul's class. She assured me that Punjabi food is the best in India, and after this class I do find myself agreeing with her. The pace was fast enough - for a complete cooking novice it may have been a little fast, but I found it just right to keep good focus on what was being done. The recipes handed out are comprehensive, and I have tried some of the recipes after coming home. My husband doesn't want Indian take-aways any more, he says I cook much nicer food than them! Best compliment ever :D

Truly incredible. I took 2 private sessions with Rajul, one on Punjabi Cuisine and one on Moghlai Cusine and these classes were the highlights of my trip to Pune. Not only was it the best meal of my life, but Rajul went slowly and explained everything clearly so I could recreate it later. Everything was very hands on, you will be cooking, so you can really get a feel of it and ask questions. Make sure to bring a camera! Take pictures along the way and you will be all set. For those traveling to India that love the food, this is an experience you will love. It is definetly worth the money. Rajul is a patient and highly knowledgable teacher. You can go home and wow your friends and family with your new skills. There is nothing like a home cooked meal! You absolutely won't find such a knowledgeable and incredible teacher in the states, especially not at this price!
