Jan 2020
This is one of the best temple of lord ganpati, in the centre of the city. The idol of ganesha was consecrated by nanasaheb peshwa in 1750 . This is the temple comples where shrine is surrounded by the 25 acres of the garden. A nice seren place in particular in the mornings to chant the mantras & to meditate. overall a nice experiecnce.

A garden with a Ganesha temple
Jan 2020
This is a garden which used to be in a glory in the past but nowadays it wants maintenance. The temple is good and is visited by many devotees. For elderly the stairs are too many and steep for a comfort.

Beautiful place
Nov 2019 • Family
A very old Peshwa Era Ganesh Temple situated in the middle of a small lake. A pedestrian bridge over the lake is constructed to approach the temple. There is a beautiful and well maintained garden surrounding the temple.

Baug baug ho jao
Oct 2018
In the heart of Pune lies Saras Baug, a nice stretch of lawns with a pond towards the center. This pond is home to beefy fishes that have taken a liking to being fed tidbits by tourists. The place also houses a Ganpati temple visited by quite a few people. Saras Baug offers a chance to explore its compound and the calm of a beautiful temple.
