I booked Mumbai Magic from New Zealand and was immediately impressed by their extremely helpful and thorough communications, which they maintained with great kindness and professionalism throughout our trip. On the ground in Mumbai, Pune and environs they continued to supply a superb service from a well-coordinated team who where all faultlessly efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Our driver and vehicle were excellent (unfailing helpfulness and patient driving) and the wonderful organising team only a phone call away. The guides they organised for us were actually a highlight of our trip and they totally went the extra mile to tailor specific tours that included all the individual sites my children and i wanted to visit. We were researching our family history and our guides were magnificent at finding and accessing the unusual places we were so keen to see, as well as introducing us to fascinating new places that were exactly the kind of places we enjoy. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. We were touring around for over a week with them and i can honestly say they were the making of our holiday in India and enabled us to search our family history in the best possible way in a country that can be challenging to travel in.

We booked a "Pune - a Journey through history" guided tour for 2 people. Our guide was Ms Asha, who we liked because of her friendliness and clear passion and love for Pune and India reflected in various stories she told us. We learner some history of this city, cultural and religious traditions, habits. The agency/Ms Asha was very flexible to change our booking - I wrongly booked on Monday instead of on Sunday, and we appreciated a lot your flexibility! otherwise we won't be able to learn so much about the rich history of Pune!

I found this tour company online and it had good reviews. I wanted to see some of the real Pune...it was an awesome trip with mrs daya..she know lots of thing about this place..I love it

Two and a half days in Pune, 3 trips with Pune Magic. One day tour exploring historical sights and two city walks with our guide, Mrs Daya. What an excellent experience, Daya is highly knowledgeable about her city, interesting, great company and took us to some wonderful places that would only be found with a guide. No hidden charges with this company, an impressive response to my query and I would highly recommend them for exploring Pune.

I had a wonderful, enlightening tour with Daya. Daya was able to show me so many things in Pune during the enriching tour including Wanawadi, the Agakahn Palace, Osho Meditation Center, and Patelshwar Cave. She is very knowledgable about the city, and she also managed to fit in a few extra things as well.
Not only is Daya very knowledgable, she is also very warm, and she made me feel like I have a friend here in Pune. :)

I found this tour company online and it had good reviews. I wanted to see some of the real Pune as I was there on a business trip. We were met at the fort and had a very informative and personal tour for two hours. We were taken through the history of the city, the customs, religion and food. Our guide was incredibly informative and guided us through the streets and markets. Got a good flavour of the city, provided bottled water and she helped us organise our taxi back to the hotel which was great.

We had two full days which was very informative giving us lots of information on Pune. The guide took us to the out door markets which we enjoyed very much to see all the different types of food and household goods that were on sale.

The tour was very well organised and I was impressed about Ms. Asha's knowledge about Pune and Pune's history. I especially loved Aga Khan-Palace and the Pataleshvara-Temple. I can really recommend this tour to people who may visit Pune in the future.

I loved the Bazaar Walk through Kasba Pune! Ms. Daya was an excellent guide, providing ample historical knowledge (which I enjoy) with insider tips like our stroll to find coppersmiths in a back alley. At the end of the ~2 hour tour, she even suggested a few additional sightseeing adventures based on what I most enjoyed about our tour. Highly recommend Pune Magic for others!

This is our first visit to India and have taken three tours with Pine Magic. The Historical heritage walk which provided a wonderful overview of old Pune for a good price, the market visit and home cooked meal in our guides home and a customized day tour with our own guide and driver for the day. It was an excellent way to feel comfortable touring with my two tween daughters and myself rather than being on our own. We now feel we can strike out with more comfort and familiarity to explore more things without feeling lost and overwhelmed. Highly recommended for tourists with just a few days or people that need an overview before striking out on their own. English is very good from all our guides.
