Rajgad is considered as one of the hard treks in Pune. Initially, you have to walk for miles to start the real talking. Must carry 2 to 3 litres of water and snacks with you as there are few people during offseason who offers water....More

Rajgad is located very near to Pune and good for trekking. Also maintained very well and visitors are also requested to maintain the cleanliness on fort.

Hi , You can reach to the base of Rajgad fort by Car but you will have to climb up to the top. No option as of now :)

Hi Chaithanyach, You need to reach to Swargate bus depot in Pune first. Then take a State Transport (ST) bus to Gunjawane (which is the base village for Rajgad). It will take around 1 and half to 2 hours to reach to base... More

you go by swargate bus stand from Pune. from swargate you get bus for nasarapur. first bus is @ 7 am & last is 8 pm. from pune its just 1 and half hour.
