I was there other day love the place very good for walk and little exercise also fresh air.
Be aware of mosquitoes and other insects.
Evening is crowded.
Morning better.
Bring coins for tickets.

Joggers park is a lovely green space in the centre of Pune providing a brilliant opportunity to escape the madness of the streets. It is a brilliant opportunity to take a step back and relax in the sun. Do be mindful though as it gets rather hot!

Nice park for people of all ages from children to seniors. There is good size play area for kids. Nice greenery. Good thing is it closes at 8:30 so you can enjoy fresh air in the evenings and stay there for long time compared to other parks which usually closes around 6 pm. Very good park for the joggers. There is a gym as well in the park. Ticket price is just 1 rupee.

Joggers Park is THE destination for families with kids, joggers, walkers, fitness freaks etc because of the lush green grass, dense trees and shaded walkways. It can certainly be referred to as the Green Lungs of Kalyani Nagar. The park also has an open gym and a kids play area.

As I searched for a park for my morning running .. Google suggested the Jogger’s Park at Kalyani Nagar .. about 450 mts of neat mud track .. definitely recommend this if you are staying in a radius of 5 KM!

Officially called the Damodar Ravji Galande Patil Park, it is better known as the Kalyani Nagar Joggers Park. Well maintained and clean, it has something for everyone. There is a decent walking track (should have been a bit easier on the knees), a softer jogging track, green areas for kids to run around or to just sit down and relax. Lots of benches too. There is a playground with swings, slides, see-saws and jungle gyms for kids, and a basic gym for grown ups too. Yoga classes are held in a covered area, and you occasionally come across chanting groups, laughter groups and groups of neighbourhood friends. There is a nominal entrance fee of Re 1. Food and drink are not allowed in the park, but you can pick up a coconut or "buta" (corn on the cob" on your way out. Opens early morning and shuts at 10 AM. Reopens at 4 Pm and closes at 8:30pm
