A fully private museum, with restricted photography but 2 storeyed collection of glass made artifacts and cycles will make you wonder.

This museum has shaped out of a relentless perceiverance of a man towards his passion. One can see amazing bicycles from past hundred years or so and witness the transformation of technology. One would be amazed to see how advanced the cycles from the late 19th century to early 20th were. Each detail such as lamps, air pumps, locks, stands, breaks, repait kit seats and their evolution is preserved and maintained surprisingly well.
Apart from bicycles one can see many other collectibles such as vintage bikes, car, bottles, irons, lighters, horns, wall clocks, street lamps, kitchen pots, and many many more, but cycles being the prime attraction..
The personal narration by Mr. Pendse, where he explains the use of each element and science behind it is just amazing. Two thimbs up.

Points to remember: Photography is prohibited
Per person (including child) fees is INR 100.

This is a must visit plce for all cycling enthusiasts. It has several old bicycles from british era, along with other related artifacts. I loved the place and so did my 3 year old. It takes about a couple of hours to go through the place. You need to call them before visit.

This is unique cycle museum in Pune. Pune was known to be cycle city and now again old days are returning back ! This museum is passionate collection of cycles from old era (right from world war too) of various types, makes and sizes. It has wide collection of cycle accessories which are now forgot like lamps, bells, hand pump for air refilling in tyres etc. Its amazing collection and gives you many aspects of cycle era. It showcases old shop where cycles used to get on hire per hour basis and repair anything and everything in it. It has also fantastic collection antiques like utensils, cigar cases, lamps, toys, gramophones ! So you may be lost in those old days ! Personnel here have maintained in neat & clean and explain about the smallest things giving you good information. It is private museum and closed on Tuesday. Follow map for correct location.
