If you are looking for a real escape to nature- this is the place. If you want a perfect getaway with no hustle bustle and simple homemade and organic food, this is definitely the place. Wow just loved the time spent in this totally hidden and unassuming place with so much to offer. From fresh clean air, to breathtaking views, totally fresh food, ample load of activities and above all, total connect with nature. From bullock cart, to pets, play area activities, to a variety of homegrown fruits and vegetables to being surrounded by lake from 3 sides and no commercial sound except nature, you will love this to the core. What made it more special is that it is truly hidden and you’ll not realise till you reach (don’t get mistaken by kaccha approach road and no habitat on the way), it’s a hidden gem indeed!!

During the extended period of Covid lockdown we were all confined to our homes. Thus after a long time we ventured out and the first place we selected to go was this quaint resort which brings you back in the lap of nature.
The resort is situated within a short driving distance from my home in Pune. The weather is salubrious at this time of the year and conducive to outdoor activities.
The resort offers day trips without any accomodation. But they have a number of rooms. if you so desire. even for the day's trip.
They also conduct camps and workshops on health and holistic living. The owners live on the csmpus of 16 acres and are readily available for any help or guidance.
The resort has large open spaces, fields and gardens. There is a large lake next door where you can watch aquatic birds.
The resort is self sufficient with organic farming and exclusive use of solar energy. The produce is available for purchase.
The food is wholesome and vegetarian with vegan options too..(The owners are vegan). No alcohol is permitted.
It's a beautiful place to recharge yourself away from the hustle and bustle of city life

We were a family of 2 adults and 2 kids aged 16 and 12 years old. We visited The Hidden Oasis for a day picnic. From our home near MG Road Pune it was just a 1 hour drive.
We reached for a tasty breakfast of Poha and Idli Chatni Sambhar with tea, coffee, Nimbu pani.
We had taken a day-use room for lying down, getting fresh etc during the day.
So after breakfast, we went for a round of the Organic farm with Shamoy. He explained us everything patiently and we even saw the Emus there.
After this, we were guided to the seasonal Waterfall another 10-15 min walk from the property. We had fun dipping our feet in the water.
By this time the scorching sun had the better of us and we came back to our room, got fresh, changed clothes dripping in perspiration and rested for some time.

Then it was lunch time with Rajma, Gravy vegetable, Dry vegetable, Rice, Salad, Chapati and Gulabjamun :) This is a vegetarian resort, the food was homely and fresh.

After lunch we sat under one of the shed sitouts at the waterfront and enjoyed the calmness of the place, the chirping of the birds, the breeze and the beautiful scenery.

Please note, there is barely some Mobile network around. Also, caps and umbrellas are advised, along with sunscreen.

There are swings, slides, Burma Bridge, covered Badminton court etc. here too. Then it was tea time with onion and potato pakoras. After this we left for home feeling refreshed with this short break surrounded by nature.

They have a Girls Orphanage on site and the funds from our visit will help them sustain.

We'll visit again in a group and spend the night there in their lake facing rooms.
Highly recommended!

This is my 3rd visit to Hidden Oasis, I stayed in the newly furbished Tree House, and by the Lake, the it is beautiful, and calm and serene, and this is Family Resort, and run by Shipchandlier Family, Capt Yunus is brilliant in Yoga, and Meditation. Dr Duriya is a Homeopath but is the Life of the party with dance and music.
The food is pure vegetarian. Its my every August to get there.

You can rent a patch too to grow your own vegetables and fruits.

We were total 9 families in Dec end week. It was fun and memorable to all of us mainly due to help of Adventure plus tours arranged activities for us.
1. Passing virtual ball.
2. Raft building and race.
3. Boon fire
4. Organic farm tour.
5. Tug of war

Additionally we did Antakshari in late night and housie on our own. So a day trip was jam packed with activities.

Sameer Patham - 91 20 412 17 162 a person to contact for arranging activities.

Rooms are basic but neat and clean. Hot water was available round the clock. Bedsheets can be improved but acceptable.

Food is strictly vegetarian but a lingering taste. Most of vegetables grown in farm. Palak paneer was too good. A definitely different taste than daily what we get.

Staff was courteous and prompt.

In all a good place to visit with large group.

We were 14 and had 5 rooms for an overnight stay. The place is very peaceful and had calm moments around the farm. Activities are good for kids as well as adults. Food was well prepared and tasty. Surrounding offered us good trail for a long walk . Staff was friendly and hospitable. Being cold winter....camp site was a welcome. Suggestion to improve cleanliness of bedsheets and a doormat outside the bathroom.

This place is about 20Kms from Pune city. This place was started 20 years back on a rocky terrain as an orphanage for girls by a passionate family who wanted to help the needy. With their effort and assistance from friends they transformed this place into a self sustaining, eco friendly farm. It is an ideal place for children to see how organic food is grown, solar power, natural manure etc. The family conducts various programmes on diabetes, good health etc. Also various companies conduct their forums in this natural surrounding. Strictly organic vegetarian simple meals are served and no alcohol allowed. Absolutely value for money and the guests can contribute to the ashram if they want.
