The Quan Spa is amazing! It's Gods gift to us who need to relax and feed our souls. Maya is the greatest! She makes sure all my needs are met amd that im alwaysgetting the best experience and best service. Maya takes great care of me daily when i go for sauna, steam bath, and jaccuz! She is perfect! Im totally relaxed because of the spa and because of her equally! She goes over amd beyond.

Used the temperature controlled swimming pool it was lovely the steam sauna and are also very enjoyable after a dip. The staff is polite and very helpful. The facilities are well maintained. i went everyday in winter and the experience was always good.

Spa was great - pool, gym and steam/ sauna. Kalpana who works there was very friendly and helpful. Pool was large, fitness centre had all modern equipment and the ladies room had steam sauna and heated jacuzzi. Modern and clean

Exceptional service! Beautiful space n great jacuzzi,steam,sauna n massage.. I have to mention the service of Maya at the steam/sauna/jacuzzi.. She was exceptional n was so prompt in giving cold towels,chilled water,bags l, controlling temperatures of the services even before I asked! All in all big thumbs up!

Most amazing facility, Lakhan is very helpful and kind , the overall experience is superb. We love spending our family time here. The washrooms are always clean and the swimming pool temperature is just perfect anytime you visit.

Great chlorine free warm 25m pool and extremely pleasant and helpful staff. Never very busy. Changing rooms clean, good power shower and towels, robes, products free and plentiful.

I was treated like royalty. What a beautiful experience. It was my first Ayurvedic massage. First, I was taken to a quiet room with a curvy chair to relax with a nice beverage. Then into my treatment room. The massage was light pressure with long strokes and warm oil. I have a sensitive nose but the scents were soothing, even the incense. The steam and sauna were perfect. Afterwards I showered, dressed and am now sitting in the lobby sipping Jasmine tea.

I arrived at the JW Marriott after 36 hours of travel time from Chicago to Pune, India. I was met by the kindest, sincere people who greeted me with their warmth and care for my every need. The Spa offered outstanding service with the most pleasant staff who gave me a tour of all that the facilities offered, while doing everything in their power to create the most positive and relaxing experience. I highly recommend their services which are complete with a beautiful out door infinity pool, sauna, steam, whirlpool, cold plunge shower, and full services for massages, facials and many varied treatments. I traveled here for a wedding and the staff throughout the facility have made my stay incredibly relaxing and enjoyable.
