Not always easy in India to find high quality massage in my experience. Very happy to have found this one. Even more I guess, im happy with the support I got for my digestive issues etc. Now feeling stronger and have more understanding of how to eat and take care of my temple (body), thanks to the education recieved along the way in this 14 day process.

Me and my wife had a great experience. We had a 10 days treatement at this clinic and I can say that our life has changed. The clinic is well situated, in a good area of Pune, near Ashram and O Hotel. They are very flexible with the program, so you can arrange your procedures at your convinence in order to have time to visit the City and also to participate at Ashram meditations. Dr. Kadam is a very good and experienced doctor and his team is very professional. My wife was treated for lombar spine problems and she is fealing very well. I have tried all available procedures and I was amazed by there treatements. The oil they use for massage is a special oil, prepared by them and has healing capacity. Also, we take body and mind understanding leasons which helps you to understand better the body treatement (subconstient mind which we do not know how to understand and control it). The treatement prices are low taking into consideration the products they use and the time you have to spend at the clinic, We recomand them with all our heart.

Dr was excellent ..international acclaimed.very polite and make you understand the exact cause and relief mechanism... The reception stafff and consultant are dedicated. The actual massagers are extremely talented and know their work...I felt good amount of relaxation with 5 day kutti basti treatment .the normal deep tissue massage was also a delight...keep going team.

I wanted to complete a part of my Ayurvedic treatment for lower back pain in Pune which was in continuation from my ongoing treatment in Delhi. I was a bit hesitant to try out Tejyog as I only had web reviews to go by and I had to undergo a specialised treatment known as "Kati Basti".
But after the initial consultation and first treatment, I knew I had come to the right place. Having now completed the entire 7 sessions, I can happily recommend Tejyog if you are looking for a holistic ayurvedic treatment. They are not very luxurious as a Spa but they are efficient, professional, hygienic and seem to know their stuff. The therapists were quite good and I benefitted a lot from these sessions and was pleasantly surprised by the experience.
But after the initial consultation and first treatment, I knew I had come to the right place. Having now completed the entire 7 sessions, I can happily recommend Tejyog if you are looking for a holistic ayurvedic treatment. I took a Pranic Healing course at Tejyog Ayurveda Training Center. It was definitely a great experience! The staff was wonderful and caring, I felt very welcomed. The course was individually designed for me since I showed up last minute and only had a limited time in Pune; thanks again for being so flexible! The information I received was great, the instructor was very knowledgeable, not just for Pranic Healing but all kinds of healing methods. Here at their center one can also receive all kinds of treatments; I enjoyed a one hour rejuvenating oil massage. The center is nicely arranged, calm and relaxing.

I got to know from internet and joined massage therapist and panchakarma training program. It was great experience to learn from expert trainers and fully supportive staff.
