Museum palace was excellent in the artistic and design. Museum talks about historical, cultural & religious richness of nation and others. Well maintained garden with scenic beauty. But photography inside museum complex is not permitted. Adjacent the zoo entrance is also there.

This is one of the rare government managed museums in India that is really well maintained , very clean and is not crowded. The collection of historical sculptures is amazing and it will be a pleasure for any history lover.

this musueum has lots of ancient collection of india. Moreover the history of kerala and old kings is also there.

This is a 130 year old building, only the ground floor is allowed for visiting. Upper floors are not available. There are plenty of bronzes and ivory on display.

The museum is located in a huge park area in the heart of trivandrum. It is very close from the bus stand and railway station too. The zoo is just a short walk from the museum . The entry fee is 10 rupees. Wonderfully interesting building and a unique collection. You get to see art from 8th century onwards. Where else can you get a deal like that? Historical museum easily accessible from anywhere in city. building architecture is nice displayed historical things, old ornaments. bronze idols and ivory products. Not much maintained. Nearby an art gallery and zoo is there.
