Mullaperiyar Dam is spread across quite a large area. Nice place to relax in the cool breeze blowing across the waterbody.

The mullaperiyar dam is the one of the biggest dam in Kerala. This is build by British people's. And it's situated in idukki district. My most of the vacations are entertained on this place.

The water level being very low, is interesting in it`s own way, buying fruit from a nearby stall to give to the monkeys was more interesting,

It's a great place to be when there is good amount of water. We had been late in the evening here and hence could not spend much time in the park..
