Sargalaya is famous for handcrafted items. U can get Verity of hand made jewelry, home furnitures, statues and gift items. It's provide a small children park and snacks bar. Boatinng in Moorad river specilay in evening is a very good option.

This is a very rare project seen in kerala where they have found space for supporting local crafts and a place for people to explore the crafts along with the beautiful lake and nature.The project is really inspiring and definitely a emerged as a landmark.

You can find handicrafts from all over India here. Artisans create them on site with traditional tools that you can watch and if you like buy during your visit here. Huge property and well built and maintained. Only downside is their coffee house. Very limited...More

Yes Boat ride is there. Please see the display in my recent photo. You will be taken even up to the end of the river to see the Sand Banks and the mouth of the river Kottakkal entering the sea.

Any time of the year. From 10:00 AM to 09:00 PM; Monday is a holiday for the Craft units.
