The whole staff starting from the pick up and drop off from and back to hotel was an amazing experience. The driver was very friendly and patient. The staff on the boat including the chef were excellent! The food was great! They have maintained an excellent time schedule.

Excellent and Very Responsible Service. Got Very good prize offer from hotel . Got Refund for a hotel booking advance which I cancelled in the last moment. Excellent Service

Visited Cochin for a Conference and we 12 collegues planned trip to Alleppey backwaters. We googled and got a very good deal from Kerala paradise holidays. Our driver reached hotel on time. There was prox 2 hrs drive to Alleppey from our cochin hotel. Houseboat cruew were waiting for us. We had 4 hrs cruise and they served delicious kerala lunch and Tea snacks. Amazing experience. Will come to Kerala again with family and will contact you guys again. Thanks

Do not recommend Paradise, they do little or nothing to ensure that guests have a good stay. Our driver was good. We had issues with hotel and Paradise was very sloppy in taking any action whatsoever. Disappointed.
