We have spent 2 weeks with our driver Mahin from Kerala. We have been very well treated, he as always attentive and resourceful to our demands. And even during our issue (one of us got sick ) he helped us out in the hospital and took care of our friend there. It is with pleasure that I recommend him and his services. We had a wonderful time. Thank you for all your attentions, Mahin.

We have spent 15 days with Mahin doing a tour from Bangalore to KochÃn. We are delighted to have shared this experience with this driver: very friendly, detailed, cheerful, respectful and very good driver. What more can we ask!!!. He has been part of our family and has behaved like one at difficult times of the trip (I was admitted to the hospital). We only have words of thanks for him and of course, if we come back, we will call him again. Gracias Mahin!!! We will always recommend

I took a group for a six-day trip around Kerala. The initial contact with Kerala Tour Bus (Madeena) was good - seemed to be very clear and straightforward. I paid a INR10000 deposit.
I asked several times if the bus I was getting was their own and Shinu said it was. I also asked for an English-speaking driver and was assured that would be the case.
The driver called me the day before and I was concerned about his level of English, I messaged Shinu and he was quite abrasive but arranged for a second driver to call me - his English proficiency was even lower so I decided to just stay using the first one.
When the bus arrived it was from another company called Big Brothers - I called Shinu again and he said that Big Brothers was owned by Madeena. Apparently this is not the case.
The bus was quite rickety-looking with cracked joins on the bodywork, there were no seat belts apart from the front passenger seat - which had no headrest. All in all a pretty unsafe vehicle and not aligned with their promise in their booking conditions that their buses were all fitted with seat belts.
We were on a tight schedule so we had to use the bus. The driver from Big Brothers (Eldhose) was excellent - and a very good driver as well as being helpful and respectful. But the bus was not as promised.
On day two of travel, ten minutes into our journey, Shinu started sending me WhatsApp messages that became increasingly threatening, telling me I had to pay the entire amount of the remaining balance to the driver - despite there being another three days of the booking and two long drives yet to come. He said that if I didn't pay then he would cancel the trip.
He continually lied (he said the driver needed INR26,000 for petrol - for the drive from Munnar to Paravur to Kochi), he was a bully and I cannot recommend Madeena travel or Kerala Tour Bus at all. In all my two weeks there, with my group of nine, this was our only bad experience in Kerala.
I can however, highly recommend Big Brothers Travel and DD (Dream Destiny) Kerala Travels - both were excellent, helpful and honest.

I am a tour operator. I had a group on Costa cruise. I do not take cruise tours, we organize our own program. We went on a tour with Kerala Bus. Service was great! New, very comfortable bus. Very accommodating knowledgeable bus driver. Great tour guide. In general, service was outstanding. Right price, very easy to organize. Highly recommended!
