While visiting Jew town, you have to shop here, skip the generic touristy shops.
Amazing hand embroidered heirloom pieces are available here. I bought a cross stitched prayer and table runner.
Enthusiastic staff will educate you on the intricacies of their creations and you will understand why you have to get one for yourself. Their handiwork makes excellent gifts and cherished accessories.
I shop here every time we visit Jew town.

Mr Thomas took time to explain to me the finer details of all the embroidery stitches applied in the products in offer.

This shop is worth a visit if you are interested in hand embroidered work. One can see different varieties of embroidery done be village ladies. In my personal opinion hand embroidery is an art which is slowly dying. But the effort put in by such shops to keep it alive requires applause & acknowledgement. Price is on slightly higher range but its worth spending.I picked up a table runner, kitchen napkins, handkerchief etc.The shop covers from bedspreads to table covers, towels etc
