Get a fastrack ticket

The park seems to have a lot of rides and if you are lucky enough, you get a chance to try all of them. The ticket price is only 699.01 INR due to COVID which is pretty cheap considering the fact that they have so many rides.

Only giving three stars instead of 5 because it is pretty in organized in there. Staff seems to be very nice. Too much priority is given for fast track ticket holders. Though they say that only 25% reservation for fastrack ticket holders the fact is they get 50% or above reservation for rides like wonder splash and Recoil. Normal ticket holders will have to wait for more than 30 minutes for each ride because fastrack queue will grab your opportunity. If you have to try all the rides make sure you pay more.

Something more stupid which I observed is people stand so crowded in a queue for 30 minutes and the staff doesn’t care. When you are in a ride which lasts for 2 to 3 minutes they make sure social distancing is maintained. This means that most rides are running on half the capacity which makes the waiting time even longer. Not at all ideal to visit on Holidays and Weekends as the queue is pretty long.

Amusement services are very good...but the food court delivering and counter peoples are bad their attitude towards customer... we are paying money..so why they are attitude towards customers so i feel bad

My pleasure , it's was really a fun day . Me and my family had enjoyed a lot on your rides , But still Came to met a bad experience from your supporting staffs . They didn't allowed us to enter the family pool , still we were with my family , My sister was standing alone in the streets of park and that's was really a worst behaviour from You guys. I want a suitable solution from the management of wonderla officials, If you didn't mind my words , I gonna make this a big issue and suggest not to visit wonderla to all friends and family members .

Should improve how your staff responds with your customers

I think you should improve how some of your main staffs respond with others. I had a bad time there actually cuz we were a bit late for our lunch which was pre-booked and they didn't have the food which we thought we would be served and didn't even care to give us a refund. They instead gave us some snacks which weren't even worth to the price we paid for the lunch and we starving. I hope these guys improve this things. I understand that they're working in an post corona environment but they should've thought more about it and could've made our day a bit better.

First of all when we booked the ticket they mentioned to install arogya setu app due to covid condition. But they not asked when we enter the park. I found that they sanitize the ride and other places when any VIP came and for common people no safety or precautions. Also I booked my lunch online for above 220 rupees for 1 chicken biriyani with coke and it was bad experience for me and not worthy(taste) for the amount paid.Also when I asked for the photographs they have taken when we ride, they only provide as a package of 50 soft copy for Rs. 960.And it's actually waste to get 50 copy as 2 to 4 will be in good to see.

Ride we went was good and enjoyed. But I didn't expect these partiality, bad food for high price etc from their side

My experience on the queue was terrible on all the rides. There was every possibility of spreading virus .

The Covid-19 social distancing protocol was not followed on all the rides. The staff were inefficient in handling the people or advising them to maintain social distance . I blame the wonderla staff for their inefficiency in controlling the people in the midst of a deadly virus.

Crowd was too much. No social distancing was maintained.
Poor maintenance.
Only able to take 3 land rides that too in 4 hrs in 700 rs.
They should provide me a refund.
