Me and my wife with 2 younger kids started our Kerala tour from Cochin on 4th of March 2020 and ended today 11th March 2020 with Pepper Kerala Cab Service's It was fabulous experience starting from Munnar, with the help and guidance of our driver Paul we had enjoyed a Helicopter tour at Munnar which was affordable for a normal family, afterwards our driver took us to Munnar Top Station which was never offered by any other tour agents. Second day my wife and kids enjoyed a full tour at Wonder Valley Amusement Park at munnar. And then we visited Thekkady, Alleppy, Kovalam, Kanyakumari and returned back to our hometown. Guys Pepper Kerala provided us vehicle for 8 days with 1200 km which was sufficient for our entire trip... No word's enough to express our driver Paul's services and guidance's Thanks Pepper Kerala Nijo George and Paul.

Kerala trip
We have visited kerala from 12th march to 16th march with Pepper Kerala Cab services. Even though there where restrictions of gathering on public places in Munnar our driver Paul took care of all our needs and we could visit all sightseeing places without any issues... Paul's driving was very smooth and safe, vehicle was always clean. We highly recommend pepper kerala cab services for a hassle free holidays.

5 days Kerala Visit (Munnar, Cherai, Kochi)
I would like to express my Thankyou to whole Pepperkerala team for seamless booking experience and ontime services with clean and good condition taxis. I booked ford Aspire but got an upgrade to Swift desire in same price. A very special thanks to my cab driver Mr. Sarath, who is very kind,honest,humble and professional man and made my 5 day holidays experience awesome. He called me on my cell in evening prior to departure day (first impression) to know about my iternary and holiday plan, was very punctual on Airport pickup, took us to best places in Munnar, Cherai and Kochi, and dropped Airport on last day. He is very talkative, comfortable talking in both English and Hindi languages and provided best suggestions i.e. restaurant, local outlets, shopping etc. Thanks a ton Sarath for all your support to make my experience memorable. We decided to travel from Kochi-Thekkady-Munnar and back to kochi and booked tempo traveller. Mr.Ajas helped with booking formalities and provided all required information on time.
Our driver Mr. Siby reached on time at airport. He was very knowledgeable and soft spoken. He guided throughout the trip regarding places to visit and where to eat and each place seems to be perfect.
Our vehicle was clean and he kept mineral water bottles in the vehicle for each one of us. His driving skills are superb. Entire route was with lots of turns and he was very gentle on curves which made our trip very smooth.
Booking process was absolutely smooth with the vendor and i definitely recommend them to everyone. Pls ask for Siby as your choice of driver....

We went from airport to Munna and the driving was fantastic we told him that we had a chil who gets car sick easily but in this case it never happened once.he was gentle or the curves and drive really well and followed all the rules.he wore proper uniform all the time and it was near and clean.His vehicle was maintained very well it was smooth and the vehicle was clean and neat from inside the seats were very comfy,had enough storage in the vehicle for 7 people.He was very well acknowledged with the roads and didn't ever got lost or went to wrong route.he also knew shortcuts and proper food stops which were clean and neat.he can speak English,Hindi,Spanish and Malayalam and he is fluent in these languages and he understands and translates if needed.He was a great driver and his company was awesome.he was also our guide and gave us information about the local cuisines and local history.definetly 5 stars for the experience.i recomend him highly

Horrible Experience about Our Recent Kerala Trip with "Pepper Kerala Holidays"

"I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the recent trip my group and I had with this travel company. We had planned for a peaceful Kerala trip but ended up with a horrible experience, primarily due to the unprofessional behavior of our driver.

We had booked an Innova car for six adults for a six-day and seven-night trip. Unfortunately, from the very beginning, our experience went downhill:

Day 1: On our way to Munnar, the driver insisted on visiting a spice garden, claiming a partnership with the property. This visit caused delays, and we were forced to purchase tickets for the spice garden against our will.

Day 2: In Munnar, we had our own plans to visit multiple places, but the driver pressured us into taking a JEEP Safari, which cost us 4000/- Rupees and three hours of our precious time. Despite our protests, he persisted and convinced us to take the expensive JEEP Safari.

Throughout these two days, the driver's reckless driving on winding roads caused discomfort for my wife and my friend's wife. We repeatedly requested him to slow down, but he ignored our pleas and continued to drive recklessly.

On Day 3, due to an emergency at my home, my wife and I had to cut our trip short and fly back home. Before leaving, I requested the driver to behave responsibly and drive safely with the remaining two couples. However, the feedback I received from them was far from satisfactory. The driver continued to force them to visit places of his choice, all of which were chargeable.

In Alleppey, we had a beach resort and had planned a two to three-hour water ride on a resort boat. Once again, the driver insisted on a different, more expensive boat. Similarly, in Poovar Island, our 5-star resort offered a more economical backwater ride, but he urged us to opt for pricier alternatives.

The last day of our trip was the worst. In Trivandrum, we wanted to experience authentic Kerala cuisine at a local restaurant, even though we had a specific hotel name in mind. The driver discouraged us by claiming it was far and parking might be an issue. Eventually, we insisted on going to the restaurant we had in mind, and it turned out to be nearby, disproving the driver's claims.

I chose this travel agency based on positive Google reviews, but this experience has been utterly disappointing. We have taken numerous tours with various travel companies, but we never expected such unprofessional behavior and a complete disregard for our preferences.

We had high hopes for our Kerala trip, and it pains me to say that it was one of the worst experiences we have ever had.
