Resort is 5 km away from bannerghatta so its a nice chilling place in Bangalore surrounded with the nature. Many activities are done which were quite interesting. But on every activity you need to pay 100rs/- and one small swimming pool is also there which can accommodate 15 people at a time. Food was not of good quality or taste. So don't expect anything good about it. Good for spending a day and visit with group to enjoy.

Resort is okay, but service was worst i have ever seen. Swimming pool is just 3 foot deep and 15*10 foot in area , are you serious... is it called swimming pool. No welcome drinks if you don't ask.

They charge humongous amount for small small games, it would be better if they charge less for rope games. Its fun but whats the point no one is using it.

To confirm itself they take 2 days.

We all drove 50 to 70 KM to reach this place, but did not meet the expectations.
Location:
14KM from the main road. This road is not that good.
17KM from Bannerghatta bus stop.
Kind of inside the forest.
next to a quarry.

food:
Breakfast was good.
They provided grilled bread/Jam/Butter, idli/sambar/chutney, egg burji, tea/coffee.
Lunch average. non veg items were not cooked properly. It was very hard to chew.
poori was too oily.
chana curry was ok. Paneer was average.

Staff
very few. most of them dont know english. Not professionals.
restrooms are not cleaned during working hours.

Resort
dont have much facilities.
two rope games across the small lake.Rs 100 per person per game.
two obstacle crossing games . This is small one. Rs50 per game per person.
They have a place which they call volleyball court. you have to be careful while playing there, else you might injure yourself.
beside volleyball playing area they have a small ground where you can play cricket/football.
They have temporary structure where they have kept carom board, table tennis.
So called swimming pool cant be used for swimming. dont have enough water in the pool to swim.
they have an area where they arrange fore range dance in the evening.
boating facility (pedal boat) available across the small lake. Rs 100
They arrange for a guide to take you for trekking to nearby mountain from where you can see the bannerghatta forest. it is 3 km walk one side from the resort. it is Rs 100 per person with water bottle :) , without water it is Rs50 per person.

charges
Rs 750 per person which includes breakfast, lunch, evening snacks and welcome drink, one Rs100 coupon per person for games, rain dance and pool.

The best part about this place is being close to nature. With lots of greenery, lake and rocks, this place seems largely untouched by commercial interests. The cottage is also modeled like a jungle which adds to the feel. Kids will definitely enjoy the place.

We were here for a team (30 people) quarterly event.

What I liked:
1) The location is totally isolated from Bangalore.
2) Food was better than we expected.
Nothing else is quotable.

What I hated:
1) Firstly, the location. This is not a resort at all. Its a stone mine converted into a resort. There are stone mines/crushers very close to the so called resort. So the air is fully polluted with hazardous dust from the stone mines.
2) The resort is absolutely dry and no green cover. Inline with the location, the property is full of rocks. You really feel the heat everywhere you go. Since there are absolutely no trees, someone is highly disappointed if he/she wants to rest/relax under a shade.
3) Again, the location is windy and you cannot play anything (cricket, volley ball or badminton) as promised by the property management.
4) Other outdoor activities are also not interesting. All materials are old and dusty.

To summarize, THIS IS NOT A RESORT. Please don't get misguided by the name. There is no nature here. There are lot more places better in this belt. Please don't waste your money and time by coming here.

Though the distance of 28 kms was something to be thought of initially, the drive was worth amidst nature.
>Welcome drink with good hospitality.
>Lunch was authentic and tasty-much much better than many resorts visited so far.
>Rope activities, Playing in swimming pool, Rock climbing and Rain Dance are the activities we as a team enjoyed the most.
>Best place to realise the fact that we are not carried away with everything getting commercialised and that we have not yet forgotten to enjoy ourselves with nature being the companion.
>Snacks served on time.
>One incident which has to be penned down is-A colleague of ours who rode to resort had dropped his wallet on his way after which he had blocked all his cards. It was really surprising and happy to see that some other workers on the road picked it up and gave it to the resort owner guessing it should be belonging to someone who has come to visit the resort. The owner and the staff checked with us and handed it over considering all the authentication. My colleague yet owes them a treat as he had promised ;)
>Wanna spend time away from the usual polluted commercialised areas, the place is a must vist!!

We went for corporate team outing .. The only ok thing about this place was its food which was decent ... broken indoor games ,dirty swimming pool , rude staffs (mostly people @ reception) , .. There are plenty of options to explore in Bangalore .. pls ignore this place !!
