It's my forever favorite place to go. Only drawback is the background music during the show which gives a vibe of Indian classical music show rather than creating some goosebumps. If they change the background music to match the contents shown it would be lot more fun.

This place has a number of very interesting science experiments, suitable for both kids and adults. Things like how pulleys work, how light refraction happens, how optical illusions work etc. Inside the planetarium one has shows at 12:30 and 1:30, ticket for the shows is Rs 75. There are also posters on the moon, planets, observatories in India, asteroids and how they look and what they are built of, etc.
This is a fun outing for the whole family and definitely worth a visit.

My kid never gets bored of visiting this planatarium.
Great place to watch one of their shows and then hangout at the park outside.

It’ll be every kid’s fantasy come true to see the phenomena of galaxies, planets, sun & black hole in detailed yet funny depiction. The 40 min show is a must visit for all kids >4 yrs of age and will strongly recommend all parents to take their kids. Not only kids; even the adults will enjoy the planetarium which is situated right in the heart of the city. The planetarium has multiple shows throughout the day - but some shows are in Kannada and some in English. Hence recommend to check the timings and plan to visit the show in the required language. Apart from the show; the play area is also very interesting - it has a set of equipment’s in the play area which are fun and scientific!

This seems to be great place to hang out for some time and especially during winter season on Saturday or Sunday as the associated park having lot of interesting scientific model, followed by kids play area and scheduled amphitheater program which best way to to book earlier online using bookMyshow and plan to see Dawn of the Space .
Though found program is bit short and some more recent content., discoveries and mystery part to highlight.
