St. Mary’s Basilica in bustling Shivajinagar is built in the Gothic style with stained glass windows. It hosts the St. Mary’s Feast each year in September. Devotees throng the basilica during the feast, which culminates in a procession with a chariot.

Have to admit that I haven't fully visited inside in detail yet, but this church is standing tall and gorgeous in the crowded area with nice attention to detail apparent in the facade.

One of the most popular Christian shrines to Our Lady anywhere in India. Located in one of the busiest and most crowded streets of Bangalore, it competes for parking and pedestrian space, with a major BMTC bus depot, Bangalore's fabled and historical Russell Market and...More

A very old and pretty church. Busy place but really nice to drop by and look at the architecture and enjoy the calm and peace despite being at a very busy place

The church is located in a busy area. But one will be fascinated with the marvelous architecture... Nothing much to do here. Once can enjoy the beauty of the church and pray for some time..

One of very few churches of Bangalore built in the 17th century. St. Mary's Basilica is a serene and picturesque church. Parking is not available so I highly recommend going there in an auto rickshaw or a chauffeur driven car.
