View around Magnetic hills was really great. Our driver stopped our vehicle and it really moved forward, he even showed us similar action in reverse motion. Must visit.

Our driver told us it was not worth the stop but we still wanted to go there but there was nothing much to see. And the wait was long as many tourists were there. Not worth waiting as there's nothing there.

A must visit place at LEH. Nature is always powerful than our high tech technology. We switched off our car within box drawn on road and magically car started moving and reach at 20KMPh. Amazing... Tried this on Bullet also.

Seeing is believing comes true here. For years I was reading about this magnetic hill. Some say it illusion, some miracle, others just a fad. I visited this attraction on 01.04.2017. It is situated some 25 km from Leh town just before the famous Gurudwara Patthar Sahib. In order to test the accuracy, I put off the ignition of my... More

The only reason why this place is frequently visited by domestic tourists is that it is close to the vicinity of Leh and so you want feel the pinch - money and travel wise. One of the most visited location in Ladakh, the magnetic hill is situated at NH 1 between Leh and sangam. Four wheeler's parked on the marked spot of the road will appear to roll uphill however it is due to an optical illusion caused by the landscape. The view of the landscape leading up to this place is breathtaking and... More

It may well be an optical illusion but it's a fun place to go to. Go in a four wheeler and if you are going to the pathar-sahib gurudwara, this is just a short drive further up. The cars rolling up and down (depending on where you're standing) may well be explained scientifically but it does not dampen the thrill... More

We as every Biker Gang went up to the place hoping to see a much hyped phenomenon called MAGNETIC HILL. We tried every angle and even risked ourselves in front of passing heavy vehicles but to no avail. It was later in the night that we came to know ITS JUST AN OPTICAL ILLUSION. Road seems to be uphill due... More

Just to share the magnetic hill is an over hyped place near LEH. If you are specially visiting that place, please avoid. As the hill isn't magnetic. The road is sloppy and your car would go in the direction of the slope.
