Unplugged Life did a great job of organising my recent trip to Ladakh (Leh, Nubra Valley, Pangong). I already had an itinerary in mind with some hotel stays booked, and Ken was very obliging and responsive to jump in to fill the gaps with transport and a hotel stay at Pangong. The entire process was really smooth and I felt we were in good hands always. Our Ladakhi driver, Punchuk, was also amazing - very reliable, cautious and handled the roads well. We always felt safe. Ken also dropped by on our last day to say hi, which was a nice personal touch. It was good to finally put a face to his name! We had a last minute request to visit Agra from Delhi. Ken was extremely helpful and organised transport and an English-speaking guide very promptly, at very reasonable rates . Very grateful to have found Unplugged Life, will definitely recommend them to anyone, and will certainly use them again! Keep up the great work guys!

We booked a family trip to Tadoba Jungle and it was all well planned thanks to Unplugged life. As this was the first trip for my baby boy we wanted it to be special and we were not disappointed. We had a great trip with Unplugged Life. Some highlights of our experiences with them:
Planning: We asked them to design an itinerary for a 5D/6N trip and indicated a particular resort we wanted to stay in at Nubra Valley. They were extremely prompt and put together several different options (based on hotel prices and number of rooms) and helped us select the destinations in Ladakh that were feasible for the duration of our stay. They took care of all the permits, including permit applications for the international citizens in our party. They did a fantastic job and we felt very confident about the trip even though we were planning it via email from outside India.
Hotels, dining, and shopping: We enjoyed the hotels they selected in Leh and they gave us great recommendations for restaurants to eat at and places to shop at. These recommendations were provided extremely promptly via Whatsapp. We also had the chance to meet with Ken in Leh the day we landed and the day we departed. The driver selected for us was excellent and a great help, especially because we had to navigate a tricky situation where the Khardungla pass was closed for a period of time because of unexpected rainfall.
Other details: Ken and co also did their best to help us when the rain situation above meant we could not visit Pangong due to roads being closed. The company appealed to the hotel and helped secure a partial refund for our stay.
I would highly recommend working with Unplugged Life for a Ladakh trip.

I booked my Leh – Ladakh trip through Unplugged Life a few months ago for three of us. We had booked for 5 nights with three in Leh, one in Nubra Valley and one in Pangong. From the get-go, Ken and his team gave me a sense of relief that I was in good hands. Before I had spoken to Ken, I had reached out to MMT and other similar ‘holiday package’ makers. After having a discussion with Ken, I could see that he was clearly passionate about what he was doing, was hands down more knowledgeable about the area and his advice and suggestions where extremely valuable.
I felt that Unplugged life’s costing for the trip was competitive and was flexible enough to suite our needs. There were two things that stood out on our trip – one was the knowledge that these guys have about the area, which means we weren’t set up for any surprises and secondly even though Ken wasn’t available in Leh (as it was still pre-season when we travelled), he has an amazing network on the ground (in Leh) that checked up on us while we were there to ensure we are having a good trip. Of course, all the boxes for the usual suspects – on time arrival of the driver, all bookings done before hand, all travel passes filed and received, etc. were checked as well.
Highly recommend this trip with Unplugged Life. Will be checking out other trips that you guys run in future.

It was our first visit to Ladakh and we already had our doubts due to Covid, but the experience which we get with Unplugged Life was uncomparable. He booked for the best accommodations possible in all the places we visited, that is, Leh, Nubra Valley, and Pangong Lake with the best food. From our first call for bookings till the last day, we were assisted on every small doubt regarding the trip. Highly recommend their services for easing your travel to Ladakh.

Our(Just me and my wife) trip was a 7 night 7 day trip to Leh-Ladakh in July 2023. We had a very pleasant experience working with Ken from 'Unplugged Life' right from day one of our planning which we started in May. He had been very professional and gave us tweaked plans until we agreed on an itinerary that suited our budget. The driver 'Norboo' sent by Ken, who came to pick us from airport and took us around Ladakh in our whole trip was a thorough professional, knew Ladakhi terrain so well, and was perfectly on time each day. Though the itinerary was fixed before the start of the trip, Ken was gracious enough to accomodate our last minute modification requests in our stay while on the trip. Overall, our Ladakh trip was very pleasant and memorable, thanks to the team from 'Unplugged Life'. Thoroughly professional and responsive team headed by Ken, very reasonable prices, and they sent us back with some nice goodies along with beautiful memories. We strongly recommend these guys to anyone. Go with them to have a peaceful and safe trip!!! Julley 😀

We are a family of four, and this was our kids' first trip to Ladakh. After searching online for a reliable tour operator in Ladakh, I came across Unplugged Life and gave Ken a call. Everything was a breeze after that. He curated an itinerary based on our preferences and everything was in place like clockwork when we landed. Unfortunately, all four of us had a bout of mountain sickness the day we landed and had to get treatment. Ken was available on WhatsApp to help with instructions and reassurances during what felt like an ordeal at the time. We recovered after a day and over the next one week, we were well taken care of by the driver and hotels during our travel to Sumoor, Nubra, Turtuk, Hunder and back to Leh. When our return flight was cancelled (by Spicejet) and we were stuck in Leh for another four days, Ken quickly helped us find another hotel with negotiated rates. This was probably the most well organised and hassle free travel experiences I've had with the kids! The best part of it was that Ken was always available at a ping or call, and ready with very specific advice and support.

Unplugged Life
o Ours was a 10 day trip starting from pick up at Srinagar airport, ending at drop at Leh airport. Travelled with my wife and a 11 year kid
o Every word of appreciation is short for the quality of service and phenomenal experience we had with Ken and his team.
o Very helpful in planning the entire itinerary, sharing regular updates, do’s/don’ts what to expect at Ladakh before start of the journey, etc. etc. Every aspect of the travel was very well taken care off – pick up at the airport, taxi, taxi driver, stay, etc – one doesn’t need to apply mind any of these things
o Ken and team very efficiently managed uncertainty caused by heavy rains at Ladakh – they reworked entire itinerary – which was next to impossible if we were to do on our own
o Noteworthy is their desire to improve and take feedback in positive manner. Will definitely recommend him to everyone travelling to Ladakh

Ladakh Trip was very well organized, the itinerary was full and very complete, the food was outstanding, We had delicious & unlimited food at each & every place. I can't think of ANY bad parts of the trip. Thanks for a wonderful vacation. The whole experience was amazing. Mr Ken was very helpful and guided us whenever required.. If u want to see natural beauty go to LADAKH..
