I went to Kheer Bhavani Temple. Situated in Tul Mulla village near Srinagar, Kheer Bhavani Temple is dedicated to Hindu Goddess Bhavani- incarnation of Goddess Parvathy. It is great place to go.

As I entered the inner compound this time, there was a distinct effect on me. It was like a cloud of peace and tranquility descended and engulfed my soul. A feeling of calm. Desire to close my eyes and just feel the aura.

Its a small Hindu temple, no crowd. you will find it mostly empty. There is a pond with fishes and Lot of Chinaar trees. you can pay a visit if traveling with parents or elder people. They will love the calmness of the temple.

This is Famous Hindu Temple. Here Mata Kheer Bhavani is worshiped. It is on the way to Sonumarg. You can spend say thirty minutes by visiting here and there. Here Kheer is given as Prasad. Hence Mata Kheer Bhavani is called.

One can go to the Kheer Bhawani temple by taking a short detour enroute to Sonmarg. This is a small and ancient temple dedicated to Goddess Bhawani. We found it to be very peaceful and serene and took darshan with kheer as prasad.
